But, to fully appreciate this source of this mentality, you should visit Mexico, Central and South America, travel the roads, see their construction methods, their electrical grid theory (that's a gem), or sanitation (rather the lack thereof)... To have balls you have to care... and go anyway, these guys don't give a crap.
