Wow, a laser engraver !! Cool stuff, I didn't expect that it could carve on metals, tiles, ceramics & wood too !! This is an enjoyable thing, we can put our names, logos etc on our items !! I like that it is provided with an air filter, or else it would be impossible to keep it in our rooms 😅
The phecda doesn't support colour engraving. Both are quite similar, but the creality seems to have some extra features. The phecda has the rotary attachment which is not present I think on the falcon.
I have only tried the sample leather piece provided and it cut quite cleanly. I have set the power only to 40% and it cut a bit deep, if you set it 100 I feel it can easily cut through half an inch.
Hey man, I got the 20w Phecda a couple months ago and since I've never used a diode laser before I was somewhat intimidated lol. I've been 3d printing for years now and wanted to dabble in the laser engraving/cutting maker space. I tried using the included metal dogtag material but couldn't figure out how to get the damn image onto it, but now I know to just make multiple passes, so thank you for that! Now however, I want to cut some semi-transparent 4mm acrylic but can find a trustworthy source to teach me how to do that with the Phecda, any suggestions?
Hi, thanks for watching my video 😁. If you have a spare piece of acrylic you could try different power levels and check how they work on it. Once you get the right settings you can print on a bigger sheet.

For your first laser review, well done !
Thank you 😁
But can it cut 5 or 10 mm acrylic ? White and Black, both acrylics?
That's extraordinary...engraving on a cylindrical shapes..
Even ur presentation was cool.
Thank you for watching 😁
Great video! Lasers are addicting!
Yes they are 😁
Coolness!
Does this laser engraver/cutter need to be put somewhere well ventilated so don't breathe in the fumes ?
It does have an active air filter and the air assist module does help keep the fumes down, but it's advisable to place this in we'll ventilated room.
does it have color engrave like creality Falcon? I want to buy Creality Falcon 22w or Elegoo Phecda 20w. Which is better? please suggest me.

I'd like to see you engrave glass.
Have not tried glass yet, will try it out. 😁
How well does it cut/engrave leather? How thick of leather can or will it cut? Will it cut cleanly?

Will it work on carbon fibre? Love to see if it work on that.
Carbon fiber can be used in a laser cutter unless it is coated. Most coated carbon fiber contains resin, which emits toxic fumes.
Is the honeycomb board you are using under the material and the size listed here? I'm sorry if I missed it.
I removed the honeycomb board and only used the plate.
Hello, can the 10w model cut 4/5 mm plywood, MDF ?
It should be able to, as I've not used the 20W model at full power. If it doesn't you could always run multiple passes.
Can you do more videos on this machine??
Any specific features you want to learn more about?
Can it engrave/etch glass?
A Laser engraver with 30 watts or higher is recommended for engraving glass.
