Reserve the broth for use to cook the sotanghon noodles making sure NOT TO OVERCOOK it as you sautee the rest of the sahog - veges and meat, also using the shrimp broth drained from the noodles. I've tried it his way and I like it. The other way too is Kuya Ferns' . No soaking , just sautee as usual with the liquid and the sahog. Set aside the sahog then immerse the dry bundles of sotanghon into the resulting broth from the sautee , season per your preference , adding water if needed. BUT the trick is NEVER OVERCOOK .
Kailangan ba ibabad muna sa mainit na tubig ang sotanghon bago lutuin? room temp kasi yung ginamit ko for babad. Naging malata at na absorb nya yung sabaw yung version ko😔😔.
Baka po ordinary na sotanghon noodles po ang ginamit nyo..ang bilhin nyo po na brand yung goodlife premium vermicelli or Saporro Long Kow vermicelli brand po hindi po yan nag didikit dikit..

Not preferable to use plastic ladle or spoon in sautéing. The compound/chemicals in plastic will melt or leach and transfer to food. Might be toxic or carcinogenic. Better to use wooden ladle.

Pang balanse lang po ng timpla ang asukal.. especially sa alat at asim ng timpla. Pero dapat kaunting kaunti lang. Perfect alternative sa vetsin.
