Bureaucracy is not just about having knowledge, it is about being a person with higher level of ethics, morality and integrity.
That's why we have highly corrupt bureaucracy🤣
a person even though he has ethics, morality and integrity...what is the use if he doesn’t have the knowledge...authority comes with knowledge and understanding of things my friend...he should be a combination of knowledge and courage to take any action according to law of the land

Exactly, and about this candidate ethics are highly questionable if he is leaving his 1lac per month job and going for civil services..... obviously he is seeking under the table benefits...... such candidates shall be disqualified on the spot....
