Looks comfortable for short hikes. But for hunting here in the mountains of CO when you put on a minimum of 5 miles a day, any variation of weight distribution on you’re pack is gonna cause you be very sore the next day. I noticed how much the pack sagged and really pulled down on the strap it was hooked to. Your right shoulder would have a massive knot in it the next day lol. But still looks like a very useful gadget for many circumstances
Great vid. Looks like a cool product for taking a quick shot. I often stow my rifle in my eberlestock pack when hunting, but it takes a minute to unstrap and get it out. Does it affect your backpack position though? Seems like it might drag it to one side. Does the rifle swing into your face when walking? Can you hike/ hunt with it- does it impede your stride or gate on flat, incline or decline stalk?
Interesting. Don't think I'd jump for it though as I find the sling to be the single most important aid to marksmanship, not just a way to carry the firearm.
Very cool system would like to one myself that if I get to buy a MDT chesis first the only thing that I would want to change is to make something like a x strap that you can strap on first . Than you don't need to have a backpack on ,maybe something that can have your binos and range finder in bags in the front. Not something like those loose strapped things that for the life of you , you don't know how to put it on . Something solid 🤣
Great vid and great piece of gear. Speaking of slings- is there a sling that you recommend that is actually good to use as a shooting aid when you're shooting seated or standing and the rifle is not resting on anything ? Thanks.
Alright man, we got the set looking cool for the shot. Now its time to take care of that audio. Sounds like you have a bunch of hard surfaces that present a challenge to your mics.
My rifle is mounted in my hunting pack. With the waist belt it transfers the weight to my hips. The only time it's not on the pack is when I'm stalking an animal so for a short time it's slung on my shoulder. This clip puts all the rifle weight on your shoulder when attached to your backpack. Interesting concept but doesn't work for my application
Awesome video. The vortex clock has an issue. The second hand is stuck clicking on itself. Also for a 7 min 40 second video only about 4 minutes approximately passes on the minute hand of the clock. Pete always tries to put these Easter eggs in his videos. Something is always going on and it is up to all of us to find it. Awesome video. Keep up the amazing content. Unfortunately had an audio issue here and had to use audio from backup Mic.

I rigged a QD swivel to the load lifter of my pack (on a short adjustable strap). Used it on multiple hunts, works great. And cost me less than $10.
I'm the clock on the wall
moer-"aggressively falls" 😂
I’m a fan. I like the addition to add a connection to the GameChanger!! I’ll be placing an order.

A good set of suspenders look like they could be used instead of a backpack

Armageddon Gear bungee sling is very good
@@jacobsobell4751 thank you Jacob, will have a look at it !
Ingenious solution. 👌🏻
they just took peak design capture clip idea and made it for a rifle instead of a camera either way great idea for either tool!
Slings got outsmarted
Hey brother, where do we get that in the usa?
Is there a rifle chassis for the current Winchester model 70 anywhere out there? 300 WM action.
Quality updates 👌

When is the other hunting videos coming out
Editing it still
Well that's a very nice tech, unfortunately for us,who still use the wooden stock
You can retrofit flush cup inserts into your wood stock.
Baie nice!!
seems like it does one thing very well, too bad it doesn't do all the other things a sling can do but it's cool nonetheless
Interesting gadget.
Would be cool if they had an attachment to carry a tripod!
Its coming
It does already RRS makes a QD cup adapter you bolt onto your tripod. Then you can just throw one of the OBI QD studs into it.
Dis nice, maar ek hou nogal van jou rugsak, deel asb die info met ons?
Oh wow! Another gimmic!
Perhaps, works for me
@@IMPACTSHOOTING 100% gimmic! I would like to see you hike with it. Make a video to show how good it hold.
