I have had my blue ST in Galicia (Spain) since 4th April. It has 3000 Kms so far. I´m really happy, it´s fun. No problems at all. It makes me so happy to drive it every day. Driving to work is a great pleasure now. ; )
turned out better than even the latest focus RS... no engine problems....

Mine is getting delivered on Wednesday!!!! Spirit Blue. Thanks for the Military Discount Ford. This will be my 4th fiesta ST. Had all makes of car including brand new Audi's and i still prefer Ford. Keep up the good work. P.S. Please make a version of the Fiesta named the RX, inspired by the Fiestas influence in Rally cross... Awd tuned by mountune. I'd buy one!!!!!

its manufacteur taken times, the european 2002-2008 fiesta st(150) with duratec-he 2.0 16V 150 HP was announced with roundabout 8,X secs 0-60 mph but in reality some of these engines runs like devil behind them, they could reach without mods down to 7,2 secs. wait for the first tests in magazines or drive one by yourself... greetings from a ST150 owner from germany.

But they are Jon! The US is getting the Fiesta ST in a 4 door configuration with a more powerful high output engine.
The Fiesta ST has an overboost giving it 290 Nm of torque for a short period of time. The 0-60 mph time is based on the standard 240 Nm.
The Focus ST is rated at (just) 6.5 seconds but it manages to beat the faster Megane RS and Astra OPC (both 6.0 s) in a straight line thanks to the overboost.
Also the Fiesta ST will weigh almost 200 kg less than the 182 bhp Focus. Of course it won't win any serious drag races but it will be a fun little hot hatch.

6.9seconds is still horribly slow, of course I have a 13' Ford Taurus SHO and a 2008 Mustang Bullitt also...
Ka would be far better than the Smart car in the US.
Ford marketing I hope you follow your youtube posts. Why in the world do you wait to bring these hot hatches to the USA market? Your new CEO gets it but I think he needs to clean up a few more heads in Ford marketing. Also bring the Ford KA with the diesel to the USA for 10 grand and a lease option for $99.00 a month.
