Used to come here a lot back in the day. Very nice meaty flavored rice with soft meat on top. Come with a little side of corriander yoghurt chutney, salad and one of Dal/lentil/kidney bean/aubergine/turnip curry. 🤤

No ...its our traditional rice recepie and first meat is boiled for hours with low flame and it is fresh young meat ...so it color is always red ...if becomes black so not eat able
