    Jay's Biography: Jay Hesse is the Director of Biological Services for the Nez Perce Tribe’s Department of Fisheries Resources Management; he has worked for the Nez Perce Tribe for 30 years. His recent work assignments focus on real-time and future hydro-system operations relative to fish survival and achieving healthy and harvestable fish populations throughout the Snake River basin. Jay has expertise in anadromous fish population dynamics, hatchery effectiveness research, strategic planning, and multi-entity collaboration
