"Yum" is for salad, "saeb" is the same "saeb" they use for "tasty" in Isaan/Laos. You don't need to say "salad" when you order it. Just say "yum gai saeb (ยำไก่แซ่บ)". Keep up the good work. You must be very fit but I'm a little worried about you that if you travel in the summer of Thailand and sweat a lot be careful of heat strokes. Drink enough water when you are walking and talking in the video at the same time. Appreciate that you searched for the best delicious food of each province. Southern fried chicken is very famous. What Alicia ate weren't seaweed, but rather shredded kaffir lime leaves, a Thai herb that is commonly added to food. Thank you so much for sharing amazing experiences that Thai people like me have never been there.

I do watch many other Thailand vloggers but non as good as you too. even our man in Bangkok you did your meet up with isn't capturing real life Thailand like you two are. I think its because with you two us viewers are just along for the trip with you and the vlogs are just something you like to share and catalogue . with most other YT vloggers I get the feeling th YT views are what they want the most but you don't seem to care about that which makes how and what you are doing so much better

Hi guys What an accomplishment with that climb. . The "spotty" desert is made of Tapioca and shredded coconut. A quaint little town with friendly and easy going locals, this Phattalung is. I guess you two will be crossing to Malaysia next then?
It was tough but worth it for sure! The desserts were tasty snacks. We really enjoyed Phatthalung! We have more from Phatthalung province and a little further south then yes Malaysia for now 🙏

Hey Helen sorry I'm behind with the comments. It was hard work I'll tell you that in the summer heat. The hotel is called Grand PL it's really nice and only 500 baht a night! Enjoy your food!!
