Well all I can say is I will support physical media until the day I die, yes its a pain in the neck storing it sometimes, however, once you have bought it, that's it, no more outlay. Also they can't decide to censor your copy because someone somewhere decides to become offended by it, and as pointed out, just because it is online now, doesn't mean it will so forever.

@@dddayesq5061A true, funnny but slightly off-topic story I was in a charity shop around 15 years. A bloke came in with about three boxes of DVDs. Quite large boxes. He tried to donate them, but the volunteer, 80 if she was a day, said that DVDs were too old hat now and they were only interested in VHS tapes, since those those were modern modern 😅😅😅

Physical media matters! I think people are slowly working that out too, regardless what the major players try and force upon us. 8500+ DVDs and Blu-rays in my mancave, plus still a few hundred VHS, VCD and laserdisc.
I agree. I think as people get a bit older and find their favourite films, box sets, music, authors, whatever are not necessarily flavour of the month anymore and the world has moved onto the next thing, and as they start to learn more about what types of whatever they are into, it begins to dawn on them that it’s not, in fact, all on Netflix, Spotify and Kindle
Thank you for the video Jason. I enjoy physical media for the extras, easter eggs and just having it to watch when I want to without ads. An added bonus is having it when it is no longer available to stream or see on television on a regular basis.

I greatly prefer physical media. I have a wall of DVDs/blurays and another wall of vinyl, and players, and I find it better than streaming because it can’t be remotely deleted and you don’t have dozens of different apps. It’s less messing about. Plus you can get stuff that’s out of circulation I mean, obviously it does cost more and requires space, it’s just that, to me - that’s worth it!
Hey there Samantha! You're quite right - very worth it indeed. I very rarely stream TV and films on a train or something like that, even though I technically can! Not sure why.
Streaming services removing their shows and movies at any random time is EXACTLY why I try to get any physical dvd and bluray of my shows and movies whenever I can; 'cause you NEVER know how long it's gonna be on the streaming! And it drives me nuts that some movies don't get a physical edition while others do! But I've found that there's also a downside to physical releases: some shows that release on streaming still haven't completely released onto physical media! There's currently two shows I like on Netflix that still haven't physically released their final two seasons onto dvd! This is crazy to me, especially given my earlier statement of "they can be removed at ANY TIME"!
Yes, that kind of stuff is pretty stressful. I'm kinda surprised Netflix releases any DVDs at all! But I can see why it's a concern, waiting to see if they'll be consistent and release the whole thing. 👀

Honestly it's atrocious when this kind of stuff happens to any kind of show. It's very similar to how the collection box set started out, season 12 was being sold for hundreds as well as season 19. Yes, that is an excellent point you've raised. My copy of the boxset is signed by some of the cast and by the original director Waris Hussein. So then I should assume that it's now priceless given what is going on in terms of legality.
I’m going to mention that The Beginning boxset is one of the best boxsets ever done for the DVD range. It was produced on a tight budget and produced something magical (totally in keeping with the spirit of Doctor Who)
Digital media want you to pay for the product again and again. Physical media is one off payment and you can watch or listen as many times as you want.

I still have my offer VHS of that story from the five faces of Dr Who in 1981. The credits have been cut out apart from the beginning of episode one, and the end of part four, but surprisingly still playable. Recorded on a Ferguson video star.
I think I've had a similar instinct. I junked all of my VHS tapes a few years ago but kept all of the sleeves in a folder as they're lovely pieces of art and a great reminder of my childhood - that was virtually every VHS release and I have a similar but not quite as complete collection on DVD. I've junked all the DVD boxes but kept the discs and sleeves. And I've been buying the blu-rays (where I can afford them!)... there is something about knowing you have a failsafe way of seeing them. Though I can well imagine the Classic series and early NewWho will be upscaled with AI soon... and I'll probably have difficulty resisting those :/
Interesting video Jason, I also buy and keep most physical media, I have all of the classic era Dr Who DVD’s including ‘The Beginning’ DVD set and the AUC VHS (signed by William Russell 😀) A few thoughts on physical media vs streaming. Sadly in the future I expect the bulk of media content to be online only with a separate market for collectable releases to satisfy fan demand in limited numbers. For streaming services I would expect the following to apply; 1. Not everything will be available. 2. Everything that is made available will only ever be ‘perennial’ and removed at the whim of the steaming provider. 3. Anything considered ‘Classic’ will also be considered problematic, leading to wide spread editing of older content, removing perceived offensive lines/scenes and that new trend of blurring certain visuals, horrible 😖 Long live physical media! 5:00 I know it sounds stupid, since it obviously costs Disney nothing to simply host the show, but I'm guessing as a modern production it's subject to a lot of residuals. And the fact that they decided to pull it, despite that you would think that low ratings (which they can definitely see themselves even if we can't) would simply mean them having to pay less in residuals, would suggest the residuals aren't tied to the actual audience numbers.
In the town where i live, I can no longer buy DVDs, CDs or games anywhere, not even at the 3 big supermarkets. I always prefer physical, especially for the very reasons you outline. Same for books and comics. I actually don’t like reading books digitally, it never feels right. I’ve got like a small library at home along with a huge range of music on various physical media 😊
Wow that's really sad. So they don't even sell the current films released on dvd? I prefer physical. I struggle with digital books I either get a headache or fall asleep - yet I don't have this issue with physical books.
@@Mark-nh2hs That’s right, they no longer sell ANY physical digital media. First, it was my local Sainsburys during the pandemic in 2021, then Smiths and Tesco’s followed. Our local Lidl never sold digital media. The other nearest towns that sell physical media are 25-35 minutes away by car and much longer by bus. I don’t have a car. Our first bookshop in years opened last week. Our Smiths sell some books, Sainsbury’s even less so it’s amazing we’ve now got a new proper bookshop
I've got VHS, Betamax, laserdiscs, DVD's and Blu Rays, and they aren't going anywhere! Getting everything online takes all the control out of your hands. Physical media 4 ever!
Glad I have The Beginning boxset, which was actually the first Doctor Who DVD I ever brought. Even before I brought any of the New Who DVD or Blu-ray sets. I have all Classic Whos on DVD as well as Blu-rays of animated recreations of lost episodes. Been debating whether or not to buy the Classic Who Blu-ray sets too cuz of space.

I have all of the first six doctors on DVD, and a few Blu Rays of animated versions of lost stories (and Spearhead From Space). I'm not too bothered about upgrading existing DVDs to Blu Ray because I'm not sure how much they can improve episodes broadcast on 405 lines :) But the reason I have them (and I'm not a big collector) is precisely so that no-one can withdraw them, or put them behind a paywall.

@@jarnopp Yes, I bought it a few years ago. I used to watch Classic Doctor in order every few years and plug gaps in my collection. At this stage, I have most of them.
I've had The Beginnings box set for about a decade now, picked it up cheap and second hand from somewhere on holiday in the original packaging made of tough cardboard so it's nice to have it with everything going on. Physical media isn't a priority for me these days. However, if it's something I really like, like sitcoms or Doctor Who, then I will invest in a DVD or Blu-ray copy as it's nice to own something like that from time to time.

Yeah I ran into this problem awhile back while collection doctor who DVD and blu rays. It helps to have an all region player. When I was trying to buy the episode " The War Games" that was over priced here in the US. So I bought the UK DVD.
i only bought the dvd set about 2 months ago (getting back into Who, mostly because of those 3 cheap The Collection sets last Christmas), and paid the princely sum of £6.99 for it. I have been getting a lot of grief from friends about my attachment to physical media - but this happens all the time. Those albums you think you have bought on the Apple ITunes Store? Well I have lost numerous albums I thought I had paid for when Apple's licencing ran out for the albums in question. I get the immediacy of streaming services... but nothing beats actually having a physical release. Even my Big Finish audios that I have bought as download only - shuffled off to a hard disc (and backed up to a cloud platform)

Streaming stuff is all very well and groovy until the rights to something vanish, or the streaming service closes down, or someone decides that the content is no longer appropriate and the original gets edited.
Ive been building up q good collection of Doctor Who DVDs for yeats now and im beginning to dip my toes into the Collection Blu Rays and VHSes. Nothing in my mind could ever top physical media.

I’ve been selling my old VHS’s on eBay for ages. I always ask £12.99 for singles or doubles as for me they more or less redundant. In fact, when Jason was scrolling past the eBay listings in the video, there was my listing for the an unearthly child tape. It sold all last week!
I still have all my old Dr Who VHS and was always surprised at how little they sell for. As you would think it would rocket like other media. I always find it interesting.

But I will use it exclusively soon and so your thoughts are very useful. In this video I mostly used the Rode VideoMicro mic attached to my Sony zv-1. I feel like it sounds overly bassy at times - is that what you were thinking?
@@jarnopp Oh, ok, it looked like you were using the HyperX in the video so I wondered why the top was pointed to your mouth when it's a side address microphone, which would account for the audio sounding more thin, but that was due to the mic on the camera. The closer you can get the mic to your mouth the better. Cheers
PHYSICAL MEDIA RULES AND ROCKS!! I have 10 streaming platforms I pay for (and maybe another 5 free services), so I’m certainly a big user of streaming services. However, I’m often frustrated that what I want to watch, what I feel like watching at any given moment, very likely won’t be on any of those streaming platforms. So of course I have shelves of physical media. But it’s not even just about access to the recording. Physical media is nice to own, physical media is cosy. Physical media tells people who glance at your shelves what you think is important.

Remember buying that in HMV (or maybe it was Who Shop International) when first released. Still have the DVDs, no longer have the box, I always ruthlessly chucked them to match up with the other loose DVDs in my collection 🙂
I think all Doctor Who collectors want a physical Dvd or Blu-ray just like the early days when buying the videos. A collection wouldn't be the same without it! I still have all my Videos, Dvds, Blu-rays and even some of the German media books and definitely wouldn't part with them.
You just can't beat physical media. I just don't understand how most people can value convenience over all of the benefits of PM. Is getting up off your chair to pop in a disc really that bad? Lol.
@@jarnoppactually I don't have it as I wasn't a fan of the first Doctor but as I got older I've started to appreciate his story's more and filling up my limited First Doctor dvds. I've seen UC apart from the first episode the rest I found boring. I think it's that first episode and the pilot are the important parts the rest you can skip straight to The Daleks lol.

Yeah, it's not good when it's going fo 10x the original price. That prices people out. It won't being long before the dealer/spectators get involved and artificially inflate prices. It will hurt the hobby. If you don't believe me, they already got people shelling out more for a movie for covers and steel that has little to do with the movie and contributes nothing. I have been in this game for a long time and it's odd how gullible people are. The comics business did it with multiple covers and premium covers and sports cards created a variety of gimmicks that had not intristic value in the cardboard to begin with other than creating artificial scarcity. Sadly, I already see this gullibility with film collectors.
@@jarnopp You know, I actually might. I have so many boxes of DVDs and I need to go through them. I could have sworn I did get it at a thrift store and I remember watching the first two episodes, I am just not in the mood to dig through them. At those collector prices, I hope I was smart enough to grab it. But I really do fear the speculators getting involved. In the 90s, I was a guitar tech and when I wasn't on the road, I ran comics shops for friends and got paid to appraise collections. I saw the transition from it being a collector's market to a collectibles market When the speculator/investor types came in, I knew the boom would end fairly soon after that. While it helped sales, I think it did a lot of damage to the industry. It became more about gimmick and less about the story and art and then, the story and art became gimmicky (Marvel Zombies?! Really?!). I keep my finger on the pulse and the multiple of covers and the lack of one shot storylines just proved my point even further. I foresaw the issues comics faced with what I saw when I was into sports card collecting. I see that same cancer in film. As it becomes more of a niche market, that will create a perception of investment potential. We are already seeing film take a backseat to format, special cases, premiums and others gimmicks. For someone with my experience, those are bad signs. I am also seeing this "high brow" mentality where people lack status because they own a bluray instead of the 4K. It's another phony mentality. As I note to some of these "high brow" types. I actually know people who work in the industry and they don't have this mentality. They just enjoy watching the film any way they can. But collectors are prone to spurious ideas of "status" and value. It's low hanging fruit to think you've earned some sort of status because you threw money at a purchase. If you are impressed because someone spent gobs of money of something they could have got for $15, just to get a poster, steelbook and postcards, you are enabling something bad. But you can't convince others. But those who know the history of card, comic and video game collecting, we know what lies in the future. .
It's a very strange situation to say the least, it doesn't really affect me since I got the beginnings set back in 2019. I find it pretty funny how a single dvd can go up in value if there is legal trouble with it.
@@jarnopp I have everything available in Canada since the VHS releases! (I gave most of the tapes to friends when I upgraded to DVD). Not sure what I'll do with my DVDs now that I'm getting the Blu-rays... I'm also looking at picking up the UK standard editions on Season 2 and 22 for the music not available in the Region A releases.
@@jarnopp Outside of the UK, the Beatles clip in The Chase on the Season 2 set has been removed and in Revelation of the Daleks on Season 22 the Hendrix track has been replaced as rights to include those outside the UK is much more complicated and costly. We didn't get the one feature on the Season 12 set with clips from other BBC shows either, so I might look into picking up that set too.

Yes, I must admit, even though I point out that HMV has reduced its stock, there's still a fair bit there! A couple of years ago, though, they seemed to have every DVD release! So do you still have all your Who DVDs, boxes aside? :)
I've been thinking about physical media a lot lately. I think even the studios were better off with the old physical media model, as they all seem to be struggling to make bank from streaming and the entire industry is on strike over p**s poor residuals. PS: update on my Whoniverse odyssey. I've been barrelling through the first two doctors and am now up to Pertwee, Spearhead From Space.
@@jarnopp I don't have anywhere near the DVDs I used to have and I didn't keep any VHS. Kids and house moves and all that stuff took a toll on my stash. I wish I'd collected Doctor Who stuff now, but back in the day I spent all my money on guitar pedals. Never quite made it as a rock star but there we go. We do have all the New Who box sets, as my daughter is a huge fan, and, as I never tire of saying, I've got all the Red Dwarfs.
i have bought over 60 classic who DVDs (all in excellent condition) for a total of £130. My secret .... being patient and getting bargains on marketplace. i will not get rid of the classic who DVDs nor will i pay obscene prices for the Blu-ray sets.

@@jarnopp I do have the beginnings box set. Mostly, people are offloading DVDs which are now released in the Blu-ray sets. As for myself, the ones I'm tracking down that are, up to now, eluding me are The Keys Of Marinus, The Daemons, The Revenge Of The Cybermen, Four To Doomsday and Ghost Light.

Yes, I go straight to Amazon Music on a train. It's a good service, especially for making and shuffling playlists.
Streaming services removing their shows and movies at any random time is EXACTLY why I try to get any physical dvd and bluray of my shows and movies whenever I can; 'cause you NEVER know how long it's gonna be on the streaming! And it drives me nuts that some movies don't get a physical edition while others do!
But I've found that there's also a downside to physical releases: some shows that release on streaming still haven't completely released onto physical media! There's currently two shows I like on Netflix that still haven't physically released their final two seasons onto dvd! This is crazy to me, especially given my earlier statement of "they can be removed at ANY TIME"!
Yes, that kind of stuff is pretty stressful. I'm kinda surprised Netflix releases any DVDs at all! But I can see why it's a concern, waiting to see if they'll be consistent and release the whole thing. 👀
Are they made by different companies, those shows? Perhaps that could be the issue. But I know what you mean - since they share the same world, it would be great to have one set. ☺👊

Honestly it's atrocious when this kind of stuff happens to any kind of show. It's very similar to how the collection box set started out, season 12 was being sold for hundreds as well as season 19. I’m going to mention that The Beginning boxset is one of the best boxsets ever done for the DVD range. It was produced on a tight budget and produced something magical (totally in keeping with the spirit of Doctor Who)

I still have my offer VHS of that story from the five faces of Dr Who in 1981. The credits have been cut out apart from the beginning of episode one, and the end of part four, but surprisingly still playable. Recorded on a Ferguson video star.

I think I've had a similar instinct. I junked all of my VHS tapes a few years ago but kept all of the sleeves in a folder as they're lovely pieces of art and a great reminder of my childhood - that was virtually every VHS release and I have a similar but not quite as complete collection on DVD. I've junked all the DVD boxes but kept the discs and sleeves. And I've been buying the blu-rays (where I can afford them!)... there is something about knowing you have a failsafe way of seeing them. Though I can well imagine the Classic series and early NewWho will be upscaled with AI soon... and I'll probably have difficulty resisting those :/

Interesting video Jason, I also buy and keep most physical media, I have all of the classic era Dr Who DVD’s including ‘The Beginning’ DVD set and the AUC VHS (signed by William Russell 😀)
A few thoughts on physical media vs streaming. Sadly in the future I expect the bulk of media content to be online only with a separate market for collectable releases to satisfy fan demand in limited numbers.
For streaming services I would expect the following to apply;
1. Not everything will be available.
2. Everything that is made available will only ever be ‘perennial’ and removed at the whim of the steaming provider.
3. Anything considered ‘Classic’ will also be considered problematic, leading to wide spread editing of older content, removing perceived offensive lines/scenes and that new trend of blurring certain visuals, horrible 😖

5:00 I know it sounds stupid, since it obviously costs Disney nothing to simply host the show, but I'm guessing as a modern production it's subject to a lot of residuals.
And the fact that they decided to pull it, despite that you would think that low ratings (which they can definitely see themselves even if we can't) would simply mean them having to pay less in residuals, would suggest the residuals aren't tied to the actual audience numbers.

In the town where i live, I can no longer buy DVDs, CDs or games anywhere, not even at the 3 big supermarkets. I always prefer physical, especially for the very reasons you outline. Same for books and comics. I actually don’t like reading books digitally, it never feels right. I’ve got like a small library at home along with a huge range of music on various physical media 😊

@@Mark-nh2hs That’s right, they no longer sell ANY physical digital media. First, it was my local Sainsburys during the pandemic in 2021, then Smiths and Tesco’s followed. Our local Lidl never sold digital media. The other nearest towns that sell physical media are 25-35 minutes away by car and much longer by bus. I don’t have a car. Our first bookshop in years opened last week. Our Smiths sell some books, Sainsbury’s even less so it’s amazing we’ve now got a new proper bookshop

Glad I have The Beginning boxset, which was actually the first Doctor Who DVD I ever brought. Even before I brought any of the New Who DVD or Blu-ray sets. I have all Classic Whos on DVD as well as Blu-rays of animated recreations of lost episodes. Been debating whether or not to buy the Classic Who Blu-ray sets too cuz of space.

I have all of the first six doctors on DVD, and a few Blu Rays of animated versions of lost stories (and Spearhead From Space). I'm not too bothered about upgrading existing DVDs to Blu Ray because I'm not sure how much they can improve episodes broadcast on 405 lines :)
But the reason I have them (and I'm not a big collector) is precisely so that no-one can withdraw them, or put them behind a paywall.

I've had The Beginnings box set for about a decade now, picked it up cheap and second hand from somewhere on holiday in the original packaging made of tough cardboard so it's nice to have it with everything going on. Physical media isn't a priority for me these days. However, if it's something I really like, like sitcoms or Doctor Who, then I will invest in a DVD or Blu-ray copy as it's nice to own something like that from time to time.

Yeah I ran into this problem awhile back while collection doctor who DVD and blu rays. It helps to have an all region player. When I was trying to buy the episode " The War Games" that was over priced here in the US. So I bought the UK DVD.

i only bought the dvd set about 2 months ago (getting back into Who, mostly because of those 3 cheap The Collection sets last Christmas), and paid the princely sum of £6.99 for it. I have been getting a lot of grief from friends about my attachment to physical media - but this happens all the time. Those albums you think you have bought on the Apple ITunes Store? Well I have lost numerous albums I thought I had paid for when Apple's licencing ran out for the albums in question. I get the immediacy of streaming services... but nothing beats actually having a physical release. Even my Big Finish audios that I have bought as download only - shuffled off to a hard disc (and backed up to a cloud platform)

Streaming stuff is all very well and groovy until the rights to something vanish, or the streaming service closes down, or someone decides that the content is no longer appropriate and the original gets edited.

I’ve been selling my old VHS’s on eBay for ages. I always ask £12.99 for singles or doubles as for me they more or less redundant.

I feel like it sounds overly bassy at times - is that what you were thinking?

PHYSICAL MEDIA RULES AND ROCKS!! I have 10 streaming platforms I pay for (and maybe another 5 free services), so I’m certainly a big user of streaming services. However, I’m often frustrated that what I want to watch, what I feel like watching at any given moment, very likely won’t be on any of those streaming platforms. So of course I have shelves of physical media. But it’s not even just about access to the recording. Physical media is nice to own, physical media is cosy. Physical media tells people who glance at your shelves what you think is important.

Remember buying that in HMV (or maybe it was Who Shop International) when first released. Still have the DVDs, no longer have the box, I always ruthlessly chucked them to match up with the other loose DVDs in my collection 🙂

I think all Doctor Who collectors want a physical Dvd or Blu-ray just like the early days when buying the videos. A collection wouldn't be the same without it! I still have all my Videos, Dvds, Blu-rays and even some of the German media books and definitely wouldn't part with them.

@@jarnoppactually I don't have it as I wasn't a fan of the first Doctor but as I got older I've started to appreciate his story's more and filling up my limited First Doctor dvds. I've seen UC apart from the first episode the rest I found boring. I think it's that first episode and the pilot are the important parts the rest you can skip straight to The Daleks lol.

Yeah, it's not good when it's going fo 10x the original price. That prices people out. It won't being long before the dealer/spectators get involved and artificially inflate prices. It will hurt the hobby.
If you don't believe me, they already got people shelling out more for a movie for covers and steel that has little to do with the movie and contributes nothing. I have been in this game for a long time and it's odd how gullible people are. The comics business did it with multiple covers and premium covers and sports cards created a variety of gimmicks that had not intristic value in the cardboard to begin with other than creating artificial scarcity.
Sadly, I already see this gullibility with film collectors.

@@jarnopp You know, I actually might. I have so many boxes of DVDs and I need to go through them. I could have sworn I did get it at a thrift store and I remember watching the first two episodes, I am just not in the mood to dig through them. At those collector prices, I hope I was smart enough to grab it.
But I really do fear the speculators getting involved. In the 90s, I was a guitar tech and when I wasn't on the road, I ran comics shops for friends and got paid to appraise collections. I saw the transition from it being a collector's market to a collectibles market When the speculator/investor types came in, I knew the boom would end fairly soon after that. While it helped sales, I think it did a lot of damage to the industry. It became more about gimmick and less about the story and art and then, the story and art became gimmicky (Marvel Zombies?! Really?!). I keep my finger on the pulse and the multiple of covers and the lack of one shot storylines just proved my point even further. I foresaw the issues comics faced with what I saw when I was into sports card collecting. I see that same cancer in film. As it becomes more of a niche market, that will create a perception of investment potential. We are already seeing film take a backseat to format, special cases, premiums and others gimmicks. For someone with my experience, those are bad signs. I am also seeing this "high brow" mentality where people lack status because they own a bluray instead of the 4K. It's another phony mentality. As I note to some of these "high brow" types. I actually know people who work in the industry and they don't have this mentality. They just enjoy watching the film any way they can. But collectors are prone to spurious ideas of "status" and value. It's low hanging fruit to think you've earned some sort of status because you threw money at a purchase. If you are impressed because someone spent gobs of money of something they could have got for $15, just to get a poster, steelbook and postcards, you are enabling something bad. But you can't convince others. But those who know the history of card, comic and video game collecting, we know what lies in the future. .
Until the blu ray sets come out I keep my dvds, then as soon as they are replaced I give them to a family member.

It's a very strange situation to say the least, it doesn't really affect me since I got the beginnings set back in 2019. I find it pretty funny how a single dvd can go up in value if there is legal trouble with it.

Not sure what I'll do with my DVDs now that I'm getting the Blu-rays... I'm also looking at picking up the UK standard editions on Season 2 and 22 for the music not available in the Region A releases.

@@jarnopp Outside of the UK, the Beatles clip in The Chase on the Season 2 set has been removed and in Revelation of the Daleks on Season 22 the Hendrix track has been replaced as rights to include those outside the UK is much more complicated and costly. We didn't get the one feature on the Season 12 set with clips from other BBC shows either, so I might look into picking up that set too.

I've been thinking about physical media a lot lately. I think even the studios were better off with the old physical media model, as they all seem to be struggling to make bank from streaming and the entire industry is on strike over p**s poor residuals.

I wish I'd collected Doctor Who stuff now, but back in the day I spent all my money on guitar pedals. Never quite made it as a rock star but there we go.
We do have all the New Who box sets, as my daughter is a huge fan, and, as I never tire of saying, I've got all the Red Dwarfs.

i have bought over 60 classic who DVDs (all in excellent condition) for a total of £130. My secret .... being patient and getting bargains on marketplace. i will not get rid of the classic who DVDs nor will i pay obscene prices for the Blu-ray sets.

@@jarnopp I do have the beginnings box set. Mostly, people are offloading DVDs which are now released in the Blu-ray sets. As for myself, the ones I'm tracking down that are, up to now, eluding me are The Keys Of Marinus, The Daemons, The Revenge Of The Cybermen, Four To Doomsday and Ghost Light.
