- This video features a overview of the vintage gas station collectibles in my auto shop office corner and a 1939 Chevrolet project car at my friend’s shop. During this video production a major rain storm hit our area in Southern California causing massive flooding. We were told not to travel. I show a glimpse of how hard the rain hit in my shop parking lot.
Merry Christmas from Rob
“You have to push start him in the morning!” The best quote I have heard in a long time. Haha
Haha I was laughing at that quote myself 😂😂😂😂
@@gaspumprob yes that was too funny, only a true car guy could come up with something like that!
Man I love that Penny scale. He won't believe when I was a kid and even into teenage years how many times I stepped up on one of them. I had no idea there was that old!!
Thanks !!! I like it because of the artistic styling and the fact that it’s mechanical and still operational after all these years!
@@gaspumprob got to try to help you by bumping numbers a little bit by leaving multiple comments. Yeah I really like that scale ⚖️.
Big Thanks for Sharing Rob...... Keep the Videos and History Coming 💯⛽
Thank you Mark!!! Will do!
Rob, more one great video!
I've got a Shell oil bottle like in 5:23.
Congratulations!
Thanks Eduardo! That is great you also have a Shell bottle like that! Thank you for sharing and visiting today.
That is a fantastic display, I really love the Coca-Cola Cooler. 1 cent for measuring your weight, now that's a fantastic deal!! He's doing a great job on that car, it sounds healthy and soon it will be on the road again.
Thank you 😊 That old Coke machine gets very cold still!!! I agree that Chevy will be cruising soon! Have a Merry Christmas
Thanks for sharing. Have a happy holiday season!
Hello Tom , Thanks for visiting. Have a wonderful Christmas and New Year. Rob
Wow !! Some superb examples there Rob. I never thought about foreign countries and their signs in different languages. Cool, makes good sense though. Your buddy has a nice '39 there. The underbelly is excellent. So cool. Fun video my friend.
Thank you my friend! Happy New Year to you and your family! I agree that undercarriage is beautiful!
Hi rob merry xmas you have a great collection at work . Cheers mate🇦🇺
Thank you Peter! It is nice to have something nice to look at and enjoy during the stressful times. It’s like a mental break to take a deep breath, look at the stuff and smile. Running a business is sometimes very challenging. Thank you for all your support throughout the last few years. Merry Christmas to you and a happy New Year
Thanks for another , Brother !
Thanks for watching another! As always I appreciate your support .
Very cool!!!!!! 🎅🎄
Thank you Merry Christmas
@@gaspumprob Merry Christmas 🎅
Rob, what a very nice collection you have. Enjoyed seeing this video. Merry Christmas to you and your family!
Thank you Rodney! Merry Christmas to you as well.
Fantastic office Rob!
Thanks Tom it is nice to have something enjoyable to look at while at work!
Man I tell you what, all metal and the fantastic work that they've done 👍. The bottom side of that view is a work of art. I think this one is knocked out of the park. You got a little bit of something for everybody. The flaming graphics at the beginning and the TH-cam box spinning around is a nice 👍 touch. Where did you get that TH-cam spinning box at??
That spinning TH-cam box is created with a graphics FX program that I have been working with. The flames 🔥 as well . I am glad you noticed this and commented on it. I enjoy video production and creativity. Thanks 😊
@@gaspumprob yeah my it person found it interesting 🤔
Cool video! I like seeing your shop showroom! That Mopar pump and the Rocket pump are great! Do you have any pumps out front on display?
Thanks Jeff, I have one more Tokheim gas pump out front that’s bolted down to the sidewalk and lights up at night with an automotive shop custom globe. It’s been out there with a globe for over 20 years no issues .
@@gaspumprob very cool I figured you would have something out front!
The rear end is a 10 bolt Chevy.
Thanks for sharing this information! Are they stronger or weaker than a Ford nine inch rear end? Just curious 🧐
@@gaspumprob much weaker than a 9” Ferd
@@jeffs_garage Thanks. I know many car and truck builders use the Ford nine inch. That is why I was wondering.
@@gaspumprob yes the 9” rear end is very readily available, tons of aftermarket support and strong.
Sure you put that American car in the garage but you let that fine foreign example of automobile technology sit out in the pouring monsoon. What you going to do windows are comes through on that high tide and squishes your little truck!? 🤣🤣🤣 OKAY MAYBE READ THIS IT'S AN INSIDE JOKE. SOMEBODY GAVE HIM A HARD TIME ABOUT RESCUING THIS LITTLE PICKUP TRUCK INSTEAD OF RESCUING AN AMERICAN CLASSIC. I pretty much like all cars. So I just kind of turned around the comment they got when he rescued this truck 🚛.
😂😂😂😂😂 💪💪💪💪I remember that person commenting about why I saved a Japanese truck instead of American classic!!!! I also like both foreign and American classics. Thanks for making me laugh 😆
