This video is such a great reminder that real progress comes from consistency. It’s about taking deliberate steps forward, even when the path is unclear.

I love your positive attitude. I've applied velocity banking to my debt. My whole personality changed for the better because I felt a weight lift off my shoulders. Thank you so much!!!

I am doing velocity banking. But life happens. So my LOC went up because my car broke down. So now my car is at the shop. That is a problem because I still need to get around, so I rented a car. I had been getting head way on the LOC. but because of this emergency, my LOC went back up. So I am at square 1. It's frustrating ,but I will keep trucking. I'm thankful. If I didn't have the LOC I would be in a pickle.

Thank you. I have an appointment at my CU Jan 6 for LOC. I do not completely grasp things, YET I am taking action and trusting in the process and of course trusting more in the Lord Jesus Christ Yehoshua. 🤞🤞🤞

Hosea 4:6 says " My people parish for lack of knowledge", referring to knowledge of God. I am sure you weren't trying to misquote but I wanted to point that out. We don't want to give the enemy a foothold because we accidentally misspoke the word of God. 😊 Happy New Year!

UPDATE....I just got a LOC from my CU $2500.00 ! I am satisfied right now with that amount. I can earn more credit in the future plus build a higher credit score. I am putting into action what I understand thus far from you Christy. Thank you, young Lady!

It is so great to see someone I considered a true friend to our family, as you have grown, greatness, into your future success!
Wow!!:Can you believe that this is the old man, that came to you, as I had to overcome 4-strokes, Covid-19 & then fell into a Comma! Only God, shines his mercy on my life, and woke me up, from that Comma, as my wife prayed & he her her voice!
I was, and still am amazed, because then I had to learn how to walk, how to talk, how to write, how to text and remember! I could not do what you desired I do! I was so embarrassed when I struggleed, over and over, but I thank you for being so kind, and I will never forget you , or stop praying for you!

Pre approved for a 15k HELOC from Navy Fed. Fingers crossed 🤞
Been watching your videos for months and casually practicing VB using a credit card as debt tool. I am ready and the HELOC will be the game changer!

Can't get enough of your advice about how to use PLCs and/or credit cards to get out of debt, Christy - thank you! How are these issues dealt with in Canada/ Canadian banks? Are regulations the same? What's different? Also, is the MoneyMax available for Canadians? Appreciate your help, AND HEART, so much!

We don't carry any debt month-to-month, and only have a mortgage left. I have considered doing this by pulling money from a brokerage account, then just building that account up over time to throw large amounts at the principal of the mortgage. That is the only way I can think of to keep more money available for emergencies, while not actually getting a HELOC.

Would you use a HELOC for a down payment to acquire another property? Living in Hawaii, the average single home is about $1.1 million, so 20% would be $220,000 just for the down payment.

Hi Christy! Been following you and watching your videos. Just need an advice to which order would you focus velocity banking on: a credit card with 0% interest for 10 months? or an LOC with 12% interest and higher balance? thank you, God bless and Happy New Year! 🙏

Hi Christy, I love your content and your positive attitude-it’s so inspiring! I’m working on paying off my car loan, which has a 13.5% APR, but I also have some other debts, and my credit score is currently around 630.
Could you recommend the best place to apply for a HELOC with the highest chances of approval with perfect payment history just low credit score do to debt ratio? Also, is there a way to make a principal payment on my car loan using a credit card? For instance, is there a site or method where I can charge a few thousand dollars to my credit card and apply that amount directly to my car loan principal? I already been putting all my paychecks directly to my credit card as you advice.
Thanks so much for your help!

Hey Christy should we seek the LOC first or get the car loan first?

    • @richardhurst8109
      @richardhurst8109 17 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      Get the LOC first.
Depending on how much your LOC is, use that to purchase your car.
If that won't work, get the car loan (even though Christy says No To Loans) then use 30 - 50% of your LOC, or however much your cash flow will allow to pay off the "PRINCIPAL" of the car loan, not the interest. Then just rinse and repeat.
This is just my opinion. Ms. Vanntastic or someone else may reach out to you with a better solution, but either way, the decision is up to you.
Hope this helps, and best wishes to you.

My sister did this and it decreased cash flow because now she has a decreased paycheck to pay back her 401k. Now she can’t make ends meet and still has more debt and less income. Better to try another way if possible.

But 401k will give her so much lower interest rate and the same time interest rate goes back to her and she can pay it back 5 to 8 years. I did this and help our finances healthy again.
