I know, less meat. I had no zits before, then suddenly I decided to eat meat 3x per week for 3 weeks with oily food then ta-da my whole face is full of zits that never happened in my entire life of 35 years!!! Now I had to go for facial and probably to see dermatologist if this zits don't settle well.
When I was a teen, people thought I never had a pimple, but I got them every month. Mom would put icthymamol and just the adhesive part of bandaid on it, and next day it would be cured.
Cutting out dairy or reducing it helped my adult acne. I also spray a mix of rose water and a few drops of vitamin e in it with some aloe or witch hazel. Works amazing and my skin is glowing.
@@kajalvpatel teen acne tends to be more hormonal. Keeping up with washing your face with facewashes that have salicylic acid plus a toner can help. But I do suggest reducing dairy because it makes hormonal acne worse. Rather than a glass of milk maybe just drink a bit. You don’t have to cut it completely out of your life. Vitamin E oil can help prevent acne scarring and dry patches. If a pimple gets popped or is a scab just put dabs of vitamin E oil on it so it doesn’t scar. Try not to touch your face often with unclean hands. Wash your face in the school bathroom with water after doing exercise class so your pores don’t get clogged with sweat making acne worse. If you can afford a dermatologist they can help amazingly with teen acne. The spray I make that I suggested you can find in the grocery store, rose water, vitamin E oil and a small capful of witch hazel will reduce the inflammation of your acne. You don’t need to put aloe in it because the liquid version is not easy to find. Mix it and put the ingredients in a spray bottle and use it after you wash your face. It helped me.
I don’t start school until August but my skin has been so nice so far this summer and now it’s like lemme just flare back up again 3 weeks before you start a brand new school doesn’t that sound fun??

Try liquid soap without the bandaid overnight. Just a dab on the pimple, rub it in and leave it. Wash face normally the next morning. But you might to try changing your skincare routine. Something might be messing up the chemicals and oils in your face. Maybe just do soap and water for a week and see how that goes? 🤔
I have an annoying one like that next to where nostril joins face (no idea what u call that area lol). It has reduced but I used almost 6 pimple patches, adapalene, 2% SA and then even purchased benzoyl acne ointment. Biggest different came when I didnt use a patch and I slightly scratched it at night. Next morning I put a patch and it drew out a lot of the crap. But still the damn thing remained massive 😒 got it on 30 June... I just might be able to get rid if it in another 7 days... I yhink there is hope. I was so worried about destroying my skin barrier.
i had some really bad back acne , most of it is gone and i don’t have many scars. I went to the dermatologist and they gave me antibiotics and some body wash that would slowly take away the scars. it definitely did because about 80% of my back is clear from dark spots , I’d recommend going to the dermatologist and get some professional opinions on what to use to lighten scars.
Another tip : exfoliate your face with a cut tomato dipped in a mix of turmeric and sugar and wash it off with cold water after a few minutes. The pimples will look redder at first but by the next morning they will LITERALLY be GONE. make sure not to wash your face with soap until the next morning. Then you can wash it off with warm water and soap and woosh! Flawless face. Lol. Feel free to leave any reply if you think anything I wrote here is wrong or might be sensitive to some people's skin❤️
I do that but with a hydrocolloid pimple patch. I have those small square band-aids too, do you recommend I use those band-aids instead, Anthony? Also for anyone watching, please make sure you use the appropriate band-aid if using one, there are ones that are really strong that pull the skin a lot, possibly damaging the skin.
Salicylic acid toners can be used 2x per day to reduce the appearance and occurrence of break outs...the blue bottle one by pixi is really affective and affordable for ppl with this problem it also has probiotics to replenish your skin. I would recommend that and a charcoal face wash for anyone prone to acne its complete night and day
I have these little thingies called Peace Out Acne spots and they don’t work perfectly but if you just put one on when you first get the pimple it really helps.
I do the same with Tea Tree Oil ! [cuz I have weird skin, like greasy yet dry, and salicylic acid exacerbates the dryness, then my body chemistry tries to compensate by producing too much oil 🤯 it's a mission to find the balance lol] But yeaa, I agree with this tip, it definitely does work ! 💜

Can’t go wrong with soap, I use regular liquid hand soap to wash my face. But dab of the liquid soap on a pimple that might occasionally break out, leave it on overnight and it’s gone the next day. No expensive products, no bandaids required. 😊

Hydrocollid patches also work really well when you use them properly but they even work well after you do the thing your not supposed to do and pop your pimple they help get all the gunk out of your skin
I have salicylic acid. It's more of a plan B. What I usually do is to rub it with table sugar, rinse, then use a cotton swab wetted with peroxide. It turns the red tip white which fades to flesh colored in around 5 minutes.

Smooth plug, but it really does work. It can turn a 2 week recovery process into a 3 day recovery process. I especially like using them for deep pimples. It helps it to not hurt so much
i tried this when i was 11 and when i woke up the next morning i had a purplish-red circle where the salicylic acid and bandaid was, it took months to go away and i still have a scar from it at 20. it very well could have been because i was young and my skin couldve been sensitive, but i would be cautious with this method and do a patch test first on another area.

Zinc oxide is the best treatment I’ve found. Just dab it on before bed and it’s gone when you wake up. No skin irritation either!

You can do the same thing for MUCH cheaper by using a hydrocoloid blister bandaid
I definitely advise salicylic acid, the other acne treatment I see more often used that I can’t remember the name of never improved my acne.

Maybe the percentage was to high? They start with .5%- 2% for salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide I've seen 2%-10%.

Olay face wash(your face wash might work), witch hazel, and Shea butter will also do the trick
