Just came across this channel! Lebanon is such a beautiful country and despite the hardships the people face the lovely hospitality doesn't go unseen. I'm South African & my husband is Lebanese. Looking forward to our visit back to Lebanon again and showing our babygirl her roots. 🇱🇧🇿🇦
Lebanon is one of my favourite countries. The nightlife is amazing, the food is at the top, travelling through the mountains and enjoying the activities are the best that you can do. ❤

Hahaha very relevant comment btw Yes, all people in lebanon are suffering due to the inflation , Lebanese lira losing its value, post Beirut blast and covid19, deteriorated economic situation , corrupt politicians and no government so no 24/7 electricity, fuel etc.. however different people are affected differently, most poverty is seen in already poor areas. those who were already living on edge before the crisis are barely living but are being assisted by ngos , money from abroad, charities etc but ofcource the gap still remains high. people do not die of hunger from lebanon though. But we all love life and this is what keeps us going , we just cant lose this spirit

The conversation rate in the entire lebanon series is wrong..prices are 10 time what is quoted in dollars… please use a local currency converter…please be careful before venturing into lebanon..food is extremely pricey…
Its actually the opposite of what you're saying, if you use converter from google it will tell you the exchange rate is 1$ = 1500LBP, but that was before the economic collaps, now 1$ = 30000 wich is 20 times what it used to be, its expensive to the locals because our salaries are in local currency but if you're a tourist and have dollars even if you're on a low budget you'll have a very good vacation bcz of the exchange rate.
