Spray to Prevent COVID 19 | EP.6 | Universal Prevention | แนวคิดป้องกันโควิด-19 แบบครอบจักรวาล

Currently new COVID-19 Measure in Thailand is "Universal Prevention" in Thai is "แนวคิดป้องกันโควิด-19แบบครอบจักรวาล"
Nowadays, COVID-19 doesn't disappear, we just need to learn to live with that COVID-19. I want you guys to start prevention by targeting all suspicious point. Let me share the Universal Prevention Instruction here (Refers from CCSA-Center for COVID-19 Situation Administration, Thailand)
1. Go out if only necessary
2. Social Distancing 2-meters at all places
3. Wear surgical mask covered with cloth mask at any location which has more than 2 people
4. Clean hands multiple times with soap or alcohol. Before meal, after toilet, cough, sneeze and after touch public items
5. If not necessary, avoid touching surgical mask/cloth mask, face, eyes, nose and lips with your hands/fingers
6. People who are at risk, elderly (60 years old up) and who has chronic disease. Shall avoid going out from accommodation. If cannot avoid, try to go out as less/short as you can
7. Clean and disinfect any touch point as much as you can such as your items or material around you
8. Separate your personal use item. Do not use item from the other people.
9. Choose only hot food to eat. Shall separate dishes from the other. If cannot avoid, the serving spoon shall be used
10. If you suspect that you are at risk such as in touch with COVID-19 suspicious person or symptom shows up. You should test with Antigen Test Kit (ATK) for several times to ensure that you are positive for COVID-19 then proceed to further action without delay
