I believe that the really really insidious demons are chained up now and are to be released during the tribulation. the rest of the loser demons aren't chained up at the moment... unless you bind them in Jesus' name.
You read it right. They are not the unclean spirits we contend with. Unfortunately people use the word angel too much for a spiritual being. It means messenger and not all spiritual beings are messengers. Hope that helps.

He gave her a teddy bear, held her tight. She pushed away and said, looking him squarely in the eyes, "is it ok to have hope now?." Friends, I've had a 13 yo witch seek me out to ask me to pray for her saying "i knew you where here at my patents house and i knew there was a man of God here. I came to ask if you would pray for me." The spirit realm sees you clearly. There IS HOPE even for witches and warlocks. Their is no more powerful than the blood and name of God Jesus Christ. It's time to repent of unbelief. The days are wicked and the blood of the Lamb, which cleanses all unrighteousness from us, of God stands readily available for daily perhaps even hourly application.
