After watching the manufacturer's far too short video, and trying to use the applicator, I just wound-up with a handful of gloop !. Also, I couldn't read the white-on-green text on the box, even with a magnifying glass. Why doesn't SC Johnson (1) have a QR code on the box, linking to an instruction video (every buyer in Western countries will have a smartphone) and (2) have a big arrow pointing to a toilet bowl, on the applicator's cylinder - to show the correction to use, when "applying" the gel disk. (Mr Kym (70) in tropical Darwin - Australia). Advice to their p:roduct engineers - take this product "back to the drawing board", redesign it and have a consumer focus group test it (include women and men).

I missed to get the applicator so I pushed the tube with a rod and sliced the gel with a paper cutter😅

I failed miserably with the instruction on the back of the package and had to push this freaking gel back into the tube my hands smell like the ocean and i hate it
Who invented this? I bought it because it was on sale and I like a nice smelling toilet. I watched tutorials and read instructions. But winded up with a big pile of orange coloured gel in the toilet and a lid that will not close correctly. This doesn't work people 🤣
