I absolutely LOVE Japan! The people are so kind and respectful and I feel like everyone dresses like they are going to be photographed for a magazine! The outfits they wear are just so well put together! I also love how nicely everything in Japan gets wrapped at shops! Its all about presentation and making your purchase feel special! ♥ This video really makes me miss traveling around Asia!
The foot peels are amazing!! When I was pregnant I had ridiculously dry skin, and my feet were the worst! They felt like velcro and I was miserable. My husband got me these and they saved my life. They feel slightly weird on.. I put socks over them and slept in them. (It doesn't tell you to leave them on that long, but I had a severe case and took the risk!) The peeling comes after a few days, and it's intense. None of it hurts at all, but the skin peeling is pretty gross. I'm addicted to them now because they actually helped me a lot. Now I do them about every 3-6 months as needed.
+kellie marie I use Pedi Patrol, but I can't find any in stock online.. I buy them at Burkes Outlet. You can purchase Baby Feet online and they get great reviews.
+kellie marie You can get Baby Foot on Overstock.com www.overstock.com/Health-Beauty/Baby-Foot-Lavender-Easy-Pack-1.2-ounce-Exfoliant-Foot-Peel/9095126/product.html
FYI-if you ever have really dry feet again Bath & Body Works has amazing parrafin based creams in their "True Blue" spa line. I think they also sell infused spa socks (which you can buy elsewhere) to seal in the cream. Together they work like a charm. The best thing to control dry cracking skin is a hot paraffin bath. You can buy one on Amazon.
I have a dolly wink liquid eyeliner and IT IS AMAZING! The brush is flexible, kinda like a thin tipped paintbrush and it's really pigmented. The staying power is brilliant, I have really oily eyelids and it stays on all day!
now i am studying in Japan, and feel so happy for me to see these lots of Japanese things. laduree's blush is so amazing too,not only the pigment, but also the packaging!!!
Baby Foot are great! We both use is - my mom and myself))) Don't leave them on your feet more then on 2 hours, and have a bath for feet before using. And after using put a good scoop of cream. That's all - in 1 week you' ll have baby foot. I don't go to pedicure for 3 years, after l start using these things 😃 P.s.: sorry for mistakes - my first language is russian...
I find Japanese beauty products far superior than their western counterparts in general. Cle de Peau foundation are amazing. I think for you drier skin, if you want a sheer coverage, you can try their radiant fluid foundation; if you want a heavier coverage, you can try their silky cream foundation. Shiseido is a big umbrella, a lot of brands are under it, Cle de Peau is one of its very high-end brand, and Nars is actually under Shiseido too. For Laduree, they are famous for their pressed powder blush and their loose flower petal blush(this one is ridiculously expensive!!). Suqqu is a must-buy brand for me.
Oh man, I would go crazy in a huge Hello Kitty world. I used to be obsessed with Hello Kitty, Pochacco, and Keroppi as a kid. While other girls were obsessed with Lisa Frank, I was all about Sanrio. 😄 lol
I remember i had a similar fan like yours with its base, my brother brought it to me from japan when i was 10 years old, i put it in my bedroom on the vanity as a decoration 💗💕💞it was so pretty , nice haul fleur , love u
I buy Exfoliating Foot Mask Papaya & Chamomile Extract from Amazon for about £4 and its great, your feet literally peel all the dead skin off and are baby soft afterwards. Best thing to do before summer, definitely better than any other foot file or scrub!
How to use foot peels Dip into your feet to the bag, wait about 1 hour, rinse it off and done! It gets peeling off after 3-4 days. (And it might smells like nail polish) Im so happy that you enjoyed your stay :) Love from Japan!x
Im so happy you enjoyed japan so much fleur :) Dollywink is one of my favorite brands, also canmake and candy doll :) next time please come to Osaka and do a meetup i would love to see you!!
I just used a foot peel product and it was great! It's so weird wearing it for an hour, but then it'll start to peel a couple days later and it does remove a lot of rough/dry skin you may have. I would definitely do it again!
Fleur the peeling socks are great, I've used "Baby foot" and they work after about 5 to 7 days and peel for about the same length of time. You should soak your feet first until slightly pruney and towel dry before putting on the booties. I put thick socks on over the booties as your feet will slide around inside the booties if you try to walk. Keep them on for 30 min. And then rinse off and dry. Make sure you have no cuts or abrasions on your feet or that might hurt. Also try and keep the solution on the bottom of your feet as the peeling looks pretty gross when it happens to the top of your feet and toes.
it works! i usually buy foot peeling masks from Korean brands though. the peeling goes on for around 1 week and honestly for the 1st 2~4 days you may not really see much peeling but just loose skin turning whitish and ready to be peeled. I find it necessary for me to peel those before the rest of the layers start to peel from day 5 onwards. After the whole process, your feet would be smooth :)
the foot peels are amazing. it doesn't burn or hurt. its just wet and cold, like putting your feet in pasta haha. your feet peel within a few days and it comes in spurts. socks and shoes make it come off faster.
I LOVE that brand of foot peel! LOL! They work really well and there is definitely no pain involved! Just soak your feet in the solution for an hour then wash it off. It takes a few days for your feet to start peeling but after a week your feet are smooth and soft. I always pick up a few every time I go to Japan
If you need any help translating the foot peel package or anything else you purchased, I did my Masters in Translation in Japanese and am more than happy to translate it for you! :)
Im so glad that you seem you enjoyed in Japan! And for the foot peeling thing, im not sure how to use it because i have never tried it out! But I have watched some japanese beauty youtuber tried it and she was saying like around 5 or 7 days after she used it, her foot was completely exfoliated and became so smooth! and the maccha you got in the airport looks really nice! Normally, products you see in the Japanese airport are carefully selected so it should taste nice!
haven't used that brand foot peeling thing but have tried a korean one and the skin on my foot peeled exactly like the picture shows! the box said it would take 4-6 days but my feet didn't start peeling until 10 days later. my feet are amazingly soft and smooth now!
The foot thing actually really works! And it does not hurt at all (I know the picture looks scary though!) so don't worry! It will leave your feet soft and smooth! :) Oh, and I really love the lip gloss from Maquillage! I'm glad you picked it!
It's so cool how you got the opportunity to try make up brands from other countries. I think I would want to do that when I travel to foreign countries as well!
They have a Hello Kitty store in the Mall of America in Minneapolis! I'm going to look for those sushi pens this holiday when I visit family and we go shopping there, they're adorable!
Use the foot peel! It will not burn your feet off and you will be amazed with the results! I absolutely love love love mine. I pick one up every couple of months. I have tried that brand before it works wonderfully, I use baby foot because it is readily available at the Japanese supermarket that is by my house
The matcha you bought in the airport is probably going to be pretty good! The airports in Japan usually sell the "best of" items from around the country. Next time, get the Shiroi Koibito cookies! So yummy!
The other pen is sumikkogurashi (corner dwellers) and are from the same company as rilakkuma! The characters have their own stories (the polar bear gets cold easily, the cat is very anxious, the thing with the ribbon is the tail end of an ebi fry/furai) and staying in the corners of rooms/trains/etc calms them down, hence the name ☺
Fleur there is a Hello Kitty nail polish collection by OPI coming out in January!! You have to get it :) not sure when it will arrive in the UK but it gets to the US in January. Love your HK purchases. Super cute!!
that sushi character too cute! i want to go to japan, i've never visited! all the stuff you got for your niece, i would love that stuff as a kid! wow that fan is pretty!
I have used foot peeling stuff and I loved it! but it will take about a week to peel off everything so i recommend you to try it when you don't have any plans to wear heels because your feet don't look beautiful during the week lol
I love Japan. We went there is January this year to go snowboarding. We went to Hakuba, Osaka and Tokyo. Loved it all. The people are so lovely. Did you go to the Robot Restaurant in Tokyo? That place is crazy. Great video...thanks for taking me back for a little while ❤️
The foot peels are awesome! I haven't used that brand but I've used a lot of Korean brands and normally they are like an sock, so you put it on your foot and to make sure water doesn't leak tape it up and wear a sock over it! Leave it for an hour to an hour and a half and take off and rinse your feet. The peeling won't start for about 3 days, soaking feet in water helps encourage the peeling. You seriously can rip off chunks of dead skin, such a gross satisfying feeling hahah 😂😂😂
the dolly wink eyeliner is amazing!! It last me one year (or more...) to finish them. maybe this is late, but you should try the dolly wink lashes they are life changing, also diamond lash for more dramatic looks always love your video fleur xoxo
Hey Fleur! This has nothing to do with your Japanese beauty haul, but I wanted to ask you about tips what do and see if you are going to London for a longer weekend? My mom and I are flying there early January, and I'm super exited about it, so I was wondering if you could recommend some hidden good spots, what to see, what stores to shop at, or what do to in general? I think you have amazing style so I figured you would know a lot of good stores in London Thank you for all your great TH-cam videos!
lovely haul fleur , i'm so jealous you went to japan - all of their cosmetics look so beautiful !! Really hope to go at some point , can't wait for your vlog whoooo
I bought a pair of peeling socks as well but here in Italy, so the brand was different of course. But i loved them! I was a bit doubtful at first, but then i noticed the difference. you'll see the results and the effects only after 7/10 days after the application. :😊
Hi Fleur like your vlog on products from Japan. My niece too loves anything Japanese. She will be studying there next year in far Asian Studies. I am so happy for her. Joan Bates
Fleur, the foot thing is amazing. The brand I used was different from yours but I assume that they are similar. Mine were in plastic socks form with liquid in them. I wore them for a while. You don't feel anything. It doesn't hurt and nothing really happens right away. However, after 2-3 days later, your foot skin start detaching from your feet. It will last for around 5 days. It will be really gross so please do it when you know you will be home for several days. (maybe after Christmas until new year is a good timing) it won't hurt at all. I was actually addicted to peeling dead skin...... Gross I know! My mum had to stop me from doing it outside. BUT, your feet do really become so smooth afterwards! I will do it again when I go back to Taiwan.
I've used the Baby Foot brand of foot peels. I recommend after you've put your feet in the plastic booties, to put a sock on over it so it compresses more product to your feet. The instructions will tell you how long to leave the booties on for (the kanji for 'time' is 分, so it may be for 30分 or 60分, which is 30 minutes or 60 minutes). When time is up, rinse the product off of your feet. For me, I usually don't start to notice anything happening until day 4 or 5. And yes, you will probably peel for a good week after...best to do this 2 weeks prior to having to wear open toe shoes/sandals. I use a Baby Foot every 3-4 months. It's a great product, yes a little gross, but the results are phenomenal!
You look so beautiful in this video. I am planning to go there next year. I can't wait! Probably going to buy a lot of stuff lol. Thanks for sharing :)
We had footpeeling socks here in the Netherlands a while, they were called footner and they were amazing! They didn't hurt at all, and worked, you don't see result immediately, the ingredient I think works over time more and more. After a few days the feet start to peel, just like the off putting, but true to my experience, picture. For some odd reason I can't find them anywhere anymore. Boohoo, the were about € 20 for a one time use. So maybe that's the reason they disappeared.
You look soo much like Ferne Cotton in this video! And thats totally a compliment as she is gorgeous! X
Love u
I absolutely LOVE Japan! The people are so kind and respectful and I feel like everyone dresses like they are going to be photographed for a magazine! The outfits they wear are just so well put together! I also love how nicely everything in Japan gets wrapped at shops! Its all about presentation and making your purchase feel special! ♥ This video really makes me miss traveling around Asia!
I felt exactly the same way... Just LOVED everything about it!

I always love Japan or China Hauls- the beauty finds there are on point!
Really want to get my hands on some Dolly Wink products- they look so sweet!
Everything in Japan is packaged really attractively!
I have a dolly wink liquid eyeliner and IT IS AMAZING! The brush is flexible, kinda like a thin tipped paintbrush and it's really pigmented. The staying power is brilliant, I have really oily eyelids and it stays on all day!

Omg! You are such a winter beauty! Absolute Disney princess-esque in this video.
You should definitely try to come back to Japan and stay a few weeks. The countryside has so much beauty and history (and delicious food!) to offer!
I find Japanese beauty products far superior than their western counterparts in general.
Cle de Peau foundation are amazing. I think for you drier skin, if you want a sheer coverage, you can try their radiant fluid foundation; if you want a heavier coverage, you can try their silky cream foundation.

What nail polish is this Fleur? It's gorgeous!! 💛
+Emily Rackham I also want to know!
+Emily Rackham looks like Ciate
Cle de peau has the best foundation ever!!!! You are gonna love the sample you got. Basically the best out of all 'luxury' makeup brands.
Meghan Rienks used one of the foot peel things in a recent video. I don't think its the same brand but it didnt burn her feet off!
Oh man, I would go crazy in a huge Hello Kitty world. I used to be obsessed with Hello Kitty, Pochacco, and Keroppi as a kid. While other girls were obsessed with Lisa Frank, I was all about Sanrio. 😄 lol
you will fall in love with the dolly wink volume mascara. it is a really great mascara! lucky pick for you!
You can buy those little tapes in loads of places in the UK. I used to get them when I was little xx
The foot peel things are amazing! I got one from Amazon but they literally shed your feet of all the dead skin! It's so gross but oddly satisfying! Xx
Oh Fleur, no SK II or Shu Umera? So much less expensive in Japan. (I have to think Cle de Peau is less in France). Looking forward to your vlog!
I looked at them, but they were still pretty expensive and as you can get them in the UK, I thought I'd give them a miss this time!
+micapetey Cle de Peau belongs to Shiseido, so it is the cheapest in Japan.
In the airport in japan I managed to get the shu uemura eyelash curler for around £5
+Fleur DeForce anything made in Japan for Japan market has different quality compared to exported products. It has higher quality.
you should totally come to Malaysia. Its a really nice place!
& ISetan is everywhere in Asia!
I'm from Malaysia too! x
Hiiyya fellow Malaysian!👋🏻🙆

Dolly Wink is great! Specially thier lashes and eyeliner! :)
Their eyelashes are Ah-mazing!

Foot peels are amazing! They are gross but work wonders in rough feet. I use Baby Foot multiple times and it is a dream!
The foot peels are awesome! I haven't used that brand but I've used a lot of Korean brands and normally they are like an sock, so you put it on your foot and to make sure water doesn't leak tape it up and wear a sock over it!
I think you have amazing style so I figured you would know a lot of good stores in London
Thank you for all your great TH-cam videos!
Fleur, your background and cheery outfit is totally making my day! I just love it! I
I've used korean foot peelings before and they're amaaaazing :) i love them!!

I bought a pair of peeling socks as well but here in Italy, so the brand was different of course.

Hi Fleur like your vlog on products from Japan. My niece too loves anything Japanese. She will be studying there next year in far Asian Studies. I am so happy for her. Joan Bates
Do you have a tutorial for this makeup look?! If not please do one, you look so effortlessly beautiful!

You look so beautiful in this video. I am planning to go there next year. I can't wait! Probably going to buy a lot of stuff lol. Thanks for sharing :)
I'm going to Japan in June for my 30th, I can't wait!!
You said Japanese beauty was expensive!! I went in April and I thought everything was so so cheap! Then again, I do live in New Zealand...
I think she meant high end cosmetics not drugstore bc cdp is indeed very expensive
We had footpeeling socks here in the Netherlands a while, they were called footner and they were amazing!
