I hope this works better than the one I have (the NE3450) Which is no good really to be honest. I shoved it right into my ear and it makes a crunching noise as if its cutting the hair, but it barely cuts anything, same with the nose. You really have to work hard to get it to cut any hair at all. It just wasn't as effective as I expected it to be.
