WHY I LEFT MY AIRBNB EARLY!

My abnb host in Botswana falsely advertised he had a washer and dryer. He only had a washer and it was not in working order, which he knew before I arrived for my one month stay.
So, I looked for other accommodations, confirmed another place to stay, and moved the next day after my arrival.
I reported the situation to Abnb and they refunded the unused portion of my stay; and gave me an additional credit, towards a future stay, as a gift, due to my inconvenience.
