If it’s a cold brew concentrate. It has to be cut with water. Then add your dairy/non-dairy or flavor. Even at Starbucks we brew our cold brew to a concentrated level and then cut it 50% with water. Hope this helps!

It’s going to be very customizable! So I would say the “lift” workouts arent beginner friendly but the “hiit” workouts can be! A lot of them only require dumbbells and a bench :) I’ll do a full video explaining everything once the app is released :)
