  • Does water have a fourth phase, beyond solid, liquid and vapor?
    In this episode of a New Way of Living, I interview Dr. Gerald Pollack. Gerald Pollack received his PhD in biomedical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania in 1968. He then joined the University of Washington faculty and is now professor of Bioengineering.
    Pollack received an honorary doctorate in 2002 from Ural State University in Ekaterinburg, Russia, and was more recently named an Honorary Professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and foreign member and Academician of the Srpska Academy. He received the Biomedical Engineering Society’s Distinguished Lecturer Award in 2002. In 2008, his colleagues chose him as the recipient of his university’s highest annual distinction: the UW Faculty Lecturer Award.
    Pollack is a Founding Fellow of the American Institute of Medical and Biological Engineering and a Fellow of both the American Heart Association and the Biomedical Engineering Society. He received an NIH Director’s Transformative R01 Award. He was the 2012 recipient of the Prigogine Medal for thermodynamics of dissipative systems, and in 2014 he received the Scientific Excellence Award from the World Academy of Neural Therapy, as well as the Dinsdale Prize from the Society for Scientific Exploration. He has presented two TEDx talks on water.

    How to get/build EZ water or H3O2? From this talk and others, he suggests: Drink the liquid from juiced leafy green plants; use turmeric, ghee, holy basil, coconut water and coconut oil; drink water from melting ice; get some sun for its infra-red energy; have a sauna for a heavy dose of infra-red energy; practice grounding/earthing. He mentions respiration, and I also recall that examinations of the Wim Hof breathing method found that PH levels rise when doing the method. Additionally, the mitochondria get charged up as well while doing Wim Hof's method. It occurs to me that swimming in a natural body of water (as well as walking on the ground or getting covered up with sand, as Dr. Pollack mentions) would also build H3O2. If I recall correctly, back in 1953 Dr. Johanna Budwig talked about the negative charge of cell membranes and that her chemically bonded oil and protein mixture would restore that charge. So perhaps look into the Budwig Protocol. As so many people believe, I believe Dr. Pollack deserves the Nobel Prize.

    This is my second video on Dr Pollack and learning about the 4th phase of water. This guy obviously knows his field!! Dr Pollack’s facts and research are not only common sensical, but the fact that no one has shown a light on this secret is even more affirmation that life is being explained to us and we don’t need any other type of energy source because we have loads of it readily available. As I write this, gasoline is over 5$ a gallon at the pump. The ridiculous amounts of money spent by big energy to keep us addicted to fossil fuels is enormous. This must have already been discovered and covered up before now.. but insert “conspiracy theory” here

    This discussion begs so many questions. If we drink a glass of water from a well. Is that water -- coming from the ground -- structured water?
    If we place a grass of water outside in the sunshine, does it become structured water? How long a time is required?
    If we stand outside in the sunshine, how long before a large mass of our internal water, blood, and lymph is structured? How long might be an optimal time for exposure? Is eating outside a beneficial way to structure the liquids found within our food -- especially our fresh fruits and vegetables? Etc Etc Etc. Dan, thanks for allowing Gerald Pollock the time to meaningfully explain so many details of his research.

    • @thelongevityproject
      @thelongevityproject  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Wow these are amazing follow up questions! Maybe I'll have him back on to ask him some of these questions. Thank you for watching and listening!

    • @hansscholte5472
      @hansscholte5472 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @carpe diem jonah I understand your questions, the 'secret' so to say is in the movement. Water in a floating river has a higher percentage of structured water than water in a lake or pond where there is no movement. Water from a well, which is maybe in there for a long time (years) might have a lower percentage of structured water than when this water was still rain water and was falling down from the sky.

    • @carpediemjonah8110
      @carpediemjonah8110 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@hansscholte5472 Thanks for that clarification. I hope the rest of my questions can be answered by someone who is testing these conditions. I am hoping that Gerald ,or others, have asked the same questions and have some new insights. Just add to add some fun speculation. Should we sun bath ? Daily or weekly? Should we go to the beach and have a picnic more frequently? Sunshine on our bodies, sunshine on our food. And the water there is structured and moving water. So is the ocean more structured? We will not drink ocean water. But is swimming in the ocean more beneficial than swimming in a still lake?
      I do appreciate your clarification. It is helpful. And your question immediately raised questions about the ocean versus the still lake. Hope our knowledge of this matters increases.

    Expedients for building EZ or the 4th phase of water - you need light (infrared light) from inside (metabolism) and from outside (infrared light/energy is always around us even in the dark). How to increase EZ water: Drink water (especially from ice melting), drink fresh juice from fresh produce, eat turmeric, holy basil and ghee, get sunshine (50% is infrared), take a 20 min sauna (it's heat - moist or dry you're getting infrared ), do earthing/grounding for an infinite supply of negative electric charge.
    Also most healthy cells have a negative charge of -60 to -70 millivolts.
    In a previous interview Dr. Pollack mentioned that Aspirin helped build the fourth phase of water and that Ghee of all the foods tested was the best builder.
    They tested glyphosate and it REDUCED the structured water.
    Cancer cells have a level of -10 and -15 rather than normal cells of -60, -70. Pathological kidney cells were also -10, -15, -20.

      th-cam.com/video/nSbg3cuZNRQ/w-d-xo.html , have a look and you'll see
      This guy[the host] acts like a schoolboy amazed about everything and the whole structure of that interview was wrong. They have started with general knowledge about the importance of water and sun and being outdoors like it would be scientifically discovery but it happens to be just old wisdom and then I would say they were trying to get into the important bit but those questions were not good enough for Pollack, he was trying to squeeze it into hosts intellectual level but even he failed because there is some knowledge needed to be able for a dog walker to ask a serious scientist for a chat. He made an arse of him. And my strong suspicion is that all this is based on old Indian wisdom twist and this is only a reinterpretation of already known written sources from long before our Jesus started new times for us 2021 years ago. And what is a bit crazy from professor to call the Indian people or their ancestors primitive [min 28 of this video] because it makes him primitive in the first place and he got his facts wrong because the history of ayurvedic medicine is much older than 3500 years and it is well documented. I'm not trying to be offensive but the whole thing stinks this time

    But perhaps water has five phases, because how do you explain sonoluminescence?
    If there is an infrared phase, why wouldn't the indigo coloured plasma resulting from sonic implosion at high pressures in the study of sonoluminescence be the opposite phase...Everything else in nature tends to be mirrored
