Hi, I'm trying to configure NDI but for some reason it doesn't work. I bought and activated NDI token. Connected WI-FI but NDI monitor on MAC does not see Atomos. I tried to write the IP address of Atomos but it is not working. Tried firmware 11.06.00 and 10.94.01. All without result. Atomos support does not answer. What am I doing wrong?
have you got that NDI logo on the screen and have you tapped it, so it's yellow ? You can't discover your Atomos, before you do that. If you don't have the NDI logo at the top left of your screen, then you need to go (in 11.06.00) into the Connect menu, go back to selection, select NDI, then TX and then confirm. Then go back to the screen and tap the NDI logo, so it's yellow.
@@EmeraldAudiovisual Thank you so much. Right. I should have clicked on the logotype. It's so not obvious! I thought if the logo was lit up, NDI was working. Turns out I had to click on it too...
I don’t have that option nditx in output menu…. Any advice?
