I love quartets, quintets and other forms of musical ensemble of wind musical instruments because such effects gives pleasant and energetic sense. In quartets and quintets when all the four or five instruments are simultaneously played it gives the effect of playing melody with harmony on stand harmonium or melody on piano style keyboard side with straddla bass accompaniment on bass side on accordion. But when those individual instruments are separately played the voices of the respective instruments are clearly understood.
Hey I wanna play this with a flute a Clairnet a bass Clairnet and a singer. Would that be possible? Which parts should I take out and which should I transpose?
Personally, if I was in that situation, I would just rearrange it to fit your group. So that your singer has the melody all the time. Each of the Cl. parts in my arrangements have the melody at some point. I also wrote in some parts because in the original Pentatonix version, one of the members of the group does vocal percussion. I would say use my arrangement as a reference point, but try looking at the PTX version to rearrange it for your group.

The C against the D around 3:03 sounds so good when it resolves. Good arrangement.
Nice!
This works perfectly for "My L'manburg" if there's any MCYT fans here.. o7
