There is a story that chanakya used 2 lamps. I lamp used the oil given by the palace. And the other contained the oil that he bought with the offering that was given to him as a Brahmin. whenever at night someone used to visit him for his personal purpose and he would have been doing official work for the palace with the lamp of palace, he would blow the lamp off and lit the lamp with the oil that he bought. He used to say that the royal lamp is not my possession , it is given to me by the king for official purpose. To save the empire I should not use it for my personal purpose. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Big fan of your channel but agnihotri sir you takes too much time in explaining and repeating simple things(sometimes unnecessary things) , whereas prashant and mahipal sir only focuses on providing necessary information. Just a suggestion because I love this channel and want everything great about this 😍

Understand history writers were all also Brahmins ...who stopped others from getting educated in the name of dharma .... Understand the logic and strategy ....
Good job sir and I would like to add some few facts about Chanakya that tho he was excellent statesman he was very good at espionage and state propaganda which means that any written document should be scrutinised and facts should be discerned since he was strict at what should be written and what should be public. I have done research on Chanakya last year and read both Arthashastra and Chanakya Niti. He may preached dharma but he was Machiavellian in nature i.e. he did what needs to be done after his calculations which were sometimes against his very dharma. If we see his work he chose a person from 'Sudar Caste' to be king which was against Veruna system of dharma. Buddhist text say that's because Chandragupta Maurya was Khatri caste but we know today that was only after he become king. As far as his tactics are concerned one should read it after reading 1984 novel to understand his totalitarianism and paranoia or Cuban revolution in depth which I found a bit similar but not same. People were tortured and killed just for suspicion. One thing that amazed me the most was his espionage system i.e. spy for a spy to check for double agents, false information to enemies via their spies i.e. using enemies spies double agent and propaganda.
