There are 37 (29 cultural, 7 natural and 1 mixed) World Heritage Sites in India after the inclusion of Victorian and Art Deco Ensembles of Mumbai in July 2018.
सम्राट अशोका ने जहाँ जहाँ अपने शांतिदूत भेजे वो भूमि बुद्धमय हो गयी. श्रीलंका हो या middle east या ग्रीस हाँ वो बात अलग है बादले मुस्लिमों द्वारा वहसे बुद्ध को मिटाया गया फिर भी उस रेगिस्तान में बुद्धा के अवशेष मिलते है.. तो ये भारतवर्ष तो अशोका की भूमि थी यहाँ Buddhist लोग नहि थे??? जो ख़ुदको आज OBC कहलाने लोग मूलता Buddha धम्म के अनुयायी है..
