Sunny's landmark videos are the reason I play landmarks. To this day, Taliyah Malphite and Taliyah Ziggs are still my favorite decks to play. Especially when everything just pops off
i feel like Elder is just a wincon at level 1 already. if you've played like 4 dragon boons by turn 10, he's a 8 mana 15/15 with Fury, Challenger, Tough, 2 Impact, Fearsome and Deathless that heals your board and nexus 2. if you're playing a control deck that reliably gets to turn 10, that's quite big.
Morgana seems so versetile, i cooked up a morganna norra list with the classic portal control and pranks i call it EA sponsor... Opponents deck becomes payed DLC
I've had a similar deck ppl are no doubt familiar with, playing salt spire instead. The win rate is great so far, throwing in a dragon's roost sounds very fun too
In the Karma game, the stack was filled because of Karma and Taliyah. They couldn't have played any non-burst spells anyway; I guess they figured they might as well get some more damage on Malphite.
I was thinking of playing the long con around Elder, as in running pure healing and big units from Targon that hit hard, but also keep you alive until Elder comes in and wins off attack
Not really useful but at 14:00 you can already tell you lost since you’re rope timer went to 0 after the commit. This only happens when there is no way to change the outcome though.
Okay so I am someone who plays LoR mostly for PoC it's where I have the most fun (and get more toxic I guess?) And for the 2 champion videos. Morgana looks amazing and the elder dragon looks... Underwhelming... All the star powers give is -2 cost for 6+ cost units... And one extra Random dragon boon. Like on paper it doesn't sound that bad but then you compare it to volibear who can pump out Titanic units for free . Basically going wide while at the same time reducing the opponent board. And suddenly the elder dragon looks not that great. To be I don't know the 20 cards for their deck or the level upgrades. But then you have Asol who at level like. 3-4 with no items can solo the Asol adventure. To be fair I know not every champion can be overpowered like them. But it's freaking elder dragon. It should be at least a choice above average. Idk I really hope the level ups really help them because star level look underwhelming. Praying that Mordekaiser is the best for PoC and not Morgana (she probably will already will have the meta in ranked)

i think people are heavly misinterpreting elder dragon level up, you don't need to hit for 75 total damage, you just need to put units on attack enough times to total 75 power, a 5 power card attacking for 5 turns is already 25 for the level up, elder dragon himself is gonna give 13 to his level up just by being put on attack, you can have a unblockable 30/30 on attack just by attacking with elder dragon when he's at 62+ on his level up, let alone your other units with a 5 to 9 attack power range attacking with him, on a deck with big critters being cheated out at a heart beat you can have a unblockable 30/30 on attack pretty reliably, heck i ain't even bringing into account the fact he will be played on fredgelord wich already gives not only the ability to cheat out the big discount turtle by turn 7 but also gives the ability for games to last to turn 10+ anyway, saying that elder will never level is insane
At the end of game 5 against Karma Sett, they chose to play around Rite of negation by filling the stack. It was either Pale or Rite. Unlucky gamble or just better player? I know the truth. :)

25:45 maybe they needed one more new spell to proc the High Note extra effect and it was the cheapest new burst spell they had in hand

But targeted badly the seraphine spell, they did the 2 damage part to the lowest attack enemy, that costed the karma sett player their life
