We own a 2 bed 2 bath unit Kandi Palace. Staff, amenities and service are top notch. No complaints. Marks next project is down the street and is called White Tower. They broke ground on it 4-6 weeks ago.

I stayed Grosvenor A 4, by pool monthly. One stay was for 16 months. COOL PAD across the street is developer's house (Mark). I will stay Palace short term then back to Grosvenor before suites are all reserved out for Summer.

The private residence that you looked down on from the tower is Mark Savino's house - he is the super star from the UK who built the kandi complex. He even guest starred in a local movie - "Boy Tokwa" in 2015. Prices are affordable, but you should have a budget of at least $1500/month. I used to rent out my 1BD-2BA-70SqMtr condo at Chatsworth for 30K/month. Studio units are around 25K.
@@chubsDubC I forgot to mention - There is a fixed monthly HOA type fee - for my 1BD2BA at Chatsworth the fee is 8,000/month this covers Maid Service on demand, Water, Cable TV, and Internet. You only have to pay your own electric bill monthly at Tower 3. Everything else - Pools, Fitness Centers, and 24/7 Security is included free.
Mr. Chubs, if you continue to feature apartments and hotels, you will help more and more people around the world make the desicion to Angeles City. My friend did the same in Alanya City(Turkey). i was always a skinny kid even thru college i was lean and then in my 40s my metabolism slowed and i started to gain and actually got a litl chubby so i nicknamed my Fantasy Football team chubs and it stuck with friends.. the dubc refers to 200 in Roman numerals and also my weight at the time 😁 DubC also refers to what i named my jet boat Wild Child back in the day I was always sort of a wild child in me young 😜

i know my apartment asks for the id and will write down info and notify me before they leave if its someone unfamiliar.. when you live here they learn your routines, Vacationers on the other hand are usually unfamiliar to security and especially the guests of the guest, everyones trying to cover their ass incase something gets outta control

not this time, it will be coming.. ive never been allowed in and this was a tenants offer to let me show what he was showing me it would be worse to misrepresent then to know true numbers; its Christmas time people are busy here, i had to take advantage of this when i could… this is not a waste of time, it is a beautiful complex that will be shown do diligence for its marvelous facilities
I have stayed with kandi several times and have reservations this summer also. I'm always impressed and never let down.
