I was on probation period but they said to leave company and now they are not giving me salary and saying that 3 months was probation period and you work for only 40 days so we can't give you salary what to do... Any way is there

Probation mei agreement letter hi nahi hota in the first place.
Its a trial period. Bevoz permanent employee ko fire karne pe bahut legal issue aata hai... that's why fresher's are placed on probationary period
