So the action button along with the noise canceling modes and noise canceling itself don’t work without the apps?
I was wondering if there’s a feature within the app to control the volume of each side of the headphones? My daughter is slightly hearing impaired on one side so likes to be able to turn the volume up slightly higher but her current huawei phone does not have this setting within its accessibility options like her iPhone did.
Bose recommend this pair to me but

I just unpacked my phones and didn't like the way the top barely padded phones pressed down on my head. I don't understand why such an expensive headphone would skimp on such an important comfort factor. Right after I purchased the headphones, I heard another reviewer state something similar happens to him after wearing for a long while. The instructions are horrible, I don't know if I'm supposed to charge first before use and how often and how to get sound after using the direct cable into my Mac computer.

I'm trying out these and also the 700s. I just got these yesterday and I've had the 700s for a week. In both cases, I was surprised and disappointed in how difficult they were to figure out. All they need to do is add some simple instructions! Even a diagram of what the buttons mean would help. That's why I'm here - I had to search for a video with the search term "how to use Quietcomfort 35 headphones" because it's so hard to figure out!
@@janetbeatrice9505 hi janet, boy i sure hope you get notified. if you wouldn't mind answering a question for me. i'm not really happy either, i just picked up the qc35s from walmart because they were going to take too long to ship from amazon & i leave tomorrow for alaska. i have some corded bose from a few years ago & like them because they have removable batteries for when i'm in the woods with no power...these obviously don't:( can i ask you about the 700s, do they have removable batteries? can you kinda give me a comparison slash breakdown on the 2? and janet, why, why do they not give us some instructions? i am always out of internet & phone range, thank god i got these when i'm still in range so i could at least google how to use the damn things! i understand if you're too busy to reply, but if you can, boy i can't tell you how much it would help me. if the 700s are more up my alley i'd actually consider the hell trip to wallmart & exchange. thanks janet.
@@8barbies779 I'm so sorry I didn't reply sooner! Not sure if you still need the info, but I will say that I preferred the QC35s. Although that might be because when I bought them, they were on sale for $200 while the 700s were on sale for $300. That $100 difference was definitely one of the things I liked better! Neither has a removable battery. Is there anything you want to ask me now? How did the trip to Alaska go with the 35s?
@@8barbies779 Also - I was supposed to have made two videos by now, one for each set of headphones. I already created the video, but they really need to be edited and I haven't had a chance to do that. I really have been unusually busy over the past few weeks and I'm hoping things will calm down soon.
I was looking for reviews on the latest model of the QC35 II. I own a pair that is about 5 years old, love them. As I searched on TH-cam, I stumbled across this video. I knew instantly .. hey that looks exactly like Lance Allen. I absolutely love your music. Particularly when you team with Bright. I originally found Allen & Bright on TH-cam when I was searching for soft background instrumental hits. I play your music when we have guests over for dinner. You sound great on Bower & Wilkins towers.
If you take future requests, would love to hear more Allen & Bright popular songs as an instrumental duo.

My Boseheadphones are a piece of crap!
I've had them for over a year and the ear cups have rotted away to nothing! The same thing happened to a friend of mine! Bose charges and idiotic price for their ear cups too!!!
you can get aftermarket ear cups on Amazon for a lot less money!
I also hate the controls on these headphones! I have to push the button way too many times to switch it over to my cell phone every time can I turn the headphones on!
and it automatically switches over to the TV every time I turn it on.
And the rubber that goes around the headphone cups, around the buttons has rotted and come off!!!
These headphones are absolutely crap!!! A total piece of s***!!!
I have corded headphones from the 1970s that still work just fine and have never given me any problems that I bought for 10 bucks!
This piece of s*** I spent over $200 for and didn't even last a year!!!
Don't waste your money on any bose pieces of dogshit!!!

@@guitarlancer hey lancer & kerry, i just picked these up & didn't do enough research. i have some bose corded which i like & they have removable batteries which is huge for me because i'm in idaho & alaska in the woods half the year with limited power. well, i get these & realize they don't have removable batteries, f*ck! do you guys have any idea how long they last? i mean let's say you're on a 15 hour flight to NZ, how long continuous use without recharge do you think they last? damn i wish i woulda done my research, i leave tomorrow for AK & it's too late to get something else. i'm with kerry a little bit in that bose used to be a great name but...i have a couple of there older BT speakers & they're a PITA to pair. i actually drove all the way to a Wallmart to get these because they took a week to ship to my location from amazon. i almost bought the (i think 700?) which were a hundred bucks more but i didn't. guess i've gotta do some research on whether they have removable batteries. sorry for the novel guys, i'm kinda venting but if you do have a rough idea on battery life i'd really appreciate it. thanks heaps.
