      haha well I’m the wife and thankfully we just renovated that horrendous kitchen ;) he doesn’t usually wear fish heads as masks either!

    do you eat the skin or just pick the meat out?

      It sort of separates really easily from the skin, just like when you have trout almondine or something like that. Though honestly the skin tasted good too! I ate the crispy bits of skin.

      +Old Lady Angler you know, I’ve probably caught thousands of bluegill and never cooked or eaten one! We were just saying the other day that we should do a catch & cook bluegill.
