- Today I'm reacting to this guy's Tiramisù recipe, Vincenzo's Plate, who looks quite familiar...
His recipe looks great, it is not authentic as he claims, it is certainly his personal version but I must say that worth a try.
The only thing that bothered me was that he cheated about a step during the process... but I'll forgive him... recording video recipes can be really chellenging sometimes.
What do you think about this guy? Is he a fake or not?

I made this tiramisu recipe (it was my first time making it) it was sooo good! The only thing I’d change is better quality coffee but that’s not the recipes fault. It was very easy to follow.
