I saw a Newell P2000i in a Cummins repair shop today. A tech saw me staring at it and asked if he could help me. I said “I’m just looking at this motorhome” and pointed to my Newell hat that I was wearing. He looked at me like I was insane, made my day
Pretty sure we saw this Newell coach at the Loves in Quartzsite, Arizona this afternoon. Temporary Florida paper plates towing an all black, tricked out four door Jeep Wrangler with New Mexico plates! We even drove around it to check it out. 👍
I’m definitely sold on Newell coaches. They have the best build and interiors than any other brand I have seen. The prices are insane and whilst I hope the RV industry per se isn’t wrecked by the economic downturn it would be nice to see prices drop especially for these 😉🫵🏼 As it happens I’m about to book my flight ✈️ to come back to America for the potential purchase of a working apple farm with just under 100 acres of fantastic land and a period property. It’s cheaper than this coach! RV Park is completely possible so who knows what lies ahead. Wonderful coach. May need a few minor updates, but if you have a budget for one, that would not be much of an issue. Couple mof tens of thousands bucks at the most. May whoever say whatever they want, I like the way Brad does his business
This is a very Beautiful Coach. But one thing that I have noticed with Newell is that the rear bathroom only has one sink. Yet, to the right of the vessel sink is a huge counter space that looks like it could easily accommodate another sink. Newell should consider that design change, because I personally think that the rear bathrooms should have 2 sinks. Just my humble opinion.
Love the deep richness colors of the wood and tile. Too many of today's coaches are going back to the whiteness hospital sterile look, which lacks character. Still can't afford it and have to stick with my Bluebird Wanderlodge. But see the beauty in this unit.
All that $$ and they are still making their storage bay doors lift up instead of open out. That would be a huge turn off for me. Price tag aside of course. If I needed something from inside one of the bays I do not want to be up under a door trying to get what I need. My back and knees wouldn’t take it but regardless I don’t care for the raised lid design!! The coach is stunning but the thought of everywhere I turn I’m looking into a mirror is enough to creep me out. I would feel like I had to do my hair and put makeup on before I even get out of bed in the AM. Those would have to go. Better yet maybe I’ll save my $$, buy a shuttle bus and build my own home on wheels. Let someone who can really appreciate the coach in its entirety purchase it!!
The CUMMINS ISX/X15 is the same motor, and can be configured to produce 450-605hp. Before that, the ISX was rated at 650 and had a different configuration which had some valve issues.
63,000lb = 28,000kg= 28 tonnes !!! Wouldn't get far in Europe, it's way to heavy for many bridges, & certainly to high to get under a lot of bridges. Indeed the vehicle would be almost confined to roads only suited to those used by 40ton Articulated lorries. Indeed you would also need a full HGV or possibly even a PSV licence to drive it in Europe. Which would probably mean you would have to hire a qualified licenced driver whenever you wanted to move it !!
The horrible colour of the wood on the inside the kitchen is just way too much colour nope would not go for it. And what is it with having them round things on the ceiling in the RV in the USA? The leatherwork is nice just a shame the rest let it down.. And why do you need a washer and a dryer taking up room, when you can get the one machine that does both jobs?
Well the person who originally ordered it got to choose the interior. Well everything for that matter. These are not mass produces units. Each one is a custom order. Also, all in one machines are generally horrible. They hold smaller loads and take longer.

This coach has the Cummins 650, They didn't start making the x15 with 605hp until a few years ago.
