Watching from Miami. Flagman is my ancestral roots
I am from this community and we actually call it Back Flagaman not bottom. It's good to finally see how my community looks post Beryl because every other video I've seen since the hurricane only shows Top Flagaman (which is on the main road). Everyone seems to forget that Back Flagaman exists. It will be a long road to recovery, but I'm glad they at least got back light a week ago.
