I agree when you said you’ll make the sauce more moist for the Gari to absorb next time… 👌🏽 But I must say that, your Gari fotor is well made and the recipe was off the chain wow… may I be permitted to call it Gari fotor confetti ? I just love the colourful veggie chunks… yummy 😋
This bring back memories, this used to be quick fix kinda food after school while we wait for the main thing Quick one: Don't be discourage by the views in relation to the efforts you make to produce these videos, great things take time, I'm positive it'll all pay if you keep at it. Vamos💪
WELL DONE oooo But , the Gari should be semi-moist with normal water, then mix together the dry plus moist Gari. No heat is needed in GARI FOTOR, it will make a bit sticky or starchy. You can also use normal pepper sauce( grind pepper and onion and salt to taste) then add your red oil. Meat and fish is base on choice.
That heatless recipe is the street food type ; her recipe is for fine dining ; that’s how my mommy makes it. I’m Eweh and we introduced Gari as well as Gari fotor into the Ghanaian diet.
Please we use heat. If no heat how will you use the eggs and other ingredients that needs heat? By the way am also an ewe and my mum used heat in preparing garifortor
Hope you will teach me how to cook, when i will come to ghana
I'm jealous of your food oooo
That looks soooo delicious. Thanks for sharing
Thank you🙏🏾🤩

MY SISTER, THE ACTUAL GHANA GARIFOTOR DOES NOT NEED HEAT TO PREPARE IT.
