    The orders from my website are not making it to you guys. I've checked all my settings and everything seems to be connected and set to process automatically. But the orders from my website are not showing in my customcat dashboard. I can't figure out how to contact you guys. You literally have no contact support. Can someone reach out to me???

      Hi there -- we're sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with orders syncing properly! It looks like you sent our support team an email about 20 minutes ago so you should receive a response there shortly! Our technical support team is always happy to help with issues like this. If you ever need immediate assistance in the future, you can reach us by phone at 1-844-874-8623 (M-F, 8am-6pm EST), but you used the correct email for general or technical questions.

    Integrate and don't depend on shopify, Etsy, eBay etc.

      Hi there -- if you have an order in your Error Queue containing a discontinued product, you can remove that item from the order or update it with an alternate product in our catalog. Unfortunately, when items are discontinued, it means we're unable to fulfill orders for that product.
