hi from Montreal, I walked today for 18.5KM , for the first time in my life. 8km in the morning, 10km in the evening, 2h then 2.2h... man i feel good. your videos motivate me and i also ate only plants yesterday, since i started in January, I was skinny fat (160lb down now to 137lb) this week hope to drop to 135lb. My goal is 125lb then do a lean bulk only. that would be a killer body. keep the vids coming

Been using Cronometer to track my calorie intake every day, and have been going to my local park next to the ocean where they have a pull-up station and dip bars. I struggle to do more than 5 pull-ups, but continue with Australian pull-ups instead to keep moving.
Bought your book! Just had Mango Quinoa Salad for breakfast. Mixed it up, had tomato instead of mango, radish instead of a bell pepper and added some left over cheez sauce to my side of rocket. Tasted amazing!. However, when I had the cheez sauce last night it made me feel light headed, as if I had had a couple of beers and it happened again this morning when I added it to my salad. The only ingredient I hadn't had before was apple cider vinegar and from a quick google search it looks like it may be the cause. Have you ever heard of this? It was groovy, but unsettling. Think I might substitute the vinegar for some lemon juice next time.

Knee tuck raises then progressing to one legged knee tucks then from there trying to point the feet out straight if that makes sense... Flexibility is also key in the hamstrings, hip flexors!

No, definitely not. Keep pushing and eating whole foods! It can help if you don't get enough calories or protein, but I'm sure you do.

Yes, you could do a strict muscle up, I still use a slight amount of momentum so my feet hit the tree
