Wow, what a journey by road from Shimla to Sural (Pangi Valley) via Bilaspur, Mandi, Kulu, Atul Tunnel, Keylong, Udaipur and Khilar along Beas, Chandra-Bhaga and Pangi rivers over a distance of over 500 km. If the journey is an adventure for the passengers of the Himachal Pradesh State Transport Corp one can imagine what a career of calm devotion and concentration it must be for the driver and conductor crew of the bus route. Hats off to them but for whom these far-flung areas of the Himalayas would not be accessible to those travelling from the larger towns like Shimla, Pathankot, etc bringing life-support goods and services and what is more to those travelling in the reverse direction for their specialised needs which can be catered to only in the larger towns of the state and cities in the plains.

Too good, man👌👍It's an extremely difficult world for the people you have shown us. I belong to Hyderabad and seeing this video humbled me. So many good people in the hills and the excellent HIMBUS crew who seem to be a lifeline for the remote areas. So tempting yet quite mysterious and a little fearful of visiting such places especially from a city bred point of view. Great work, my friend! Take care and be safe. From Hyderabad - Best wishes✌
what a great driving experience, even if only vicariously. the drivers are very skillful professionals and the passengers were confident on them. the scenery is fantastic that more than make up for the harrowing roads. it is no wonder they time the drive to be on those roads only at daytime. it is still a great adventure for me. thanks.

Stay bless bud, I’m Indian living in Canada. Your videos helps me connected to my fav places of Himachal. It’s helps me connected spiritually. I’m originally from Punjab! Keep doing great work, take care… 😊😊😊
Time Marches on but memories stays torturing silently the rest of our days. During my posting at Kinnaur - Kaza area during 90 s. Travelled through the same type of roads ie metaled cum gravelled road from Hurling to Kaza by H. R. T. C buses from May to December . Behavior and efficiency of hrtc staff remain same , they were very helpful and strain free. Natural features does not change but human being continuously changes himself . Today's betterment and progress of this State has a long past of understanding and struggle with the nature . I was lost in myself finding the buses going from one place to another , there is no change in day to day life , taking lunch or breakfast in the dhabas or waiting for return of family members at bus stops. Nothing has changed in last 30 years .
Super video garphy... Bhai es route pe main Toyota Toyota fortuner leke Gaya tha.. Lekin ab kabhi bhi es route pe nahi jaunga.... Delhi se sural.. 🙏🙏🙏 Jai Devbhumi.

It just breaks my heart to see the state of the Keylong - Killar road. No long term vision, no smart planning. How will the life of people of Killar improve without effective connectivity ?? That's why I keep saying that HRTC needs to transform itself from just a bus service provider to a multimodal transport service provider. Gondolas, local small distance cabs, susoension pedestrian bridges - all need to be part of HRTC. I hope they are reading this. Why should big buses need to ply on such dangerous slim roads ? Think smart HRTC. It's 2022 for God sake !
Yep. I was in Uttrakhand and where roads conditions are really bad or not approachable by bus, they use tata sumo for local people. And fare is also affordable like local bus.

Hats off to bus employees 👏
Commendable work
Too good, man👌👍It's an extremely difficult world for the people you have shown us.
Hats of you and specialy the drivers of HRTC. Superb video by ue.God bless you.
what a great driving experience, even if only vicariously. the drivers are very skillful professionals and the passengers were confident on them. the scenery is fantastic that more than make up for the harrowing roads. it is no wonder they time the drive to be on those roads only at daytime. it is still a great adventure for me. thanks.
