Everything is building to season 5, after Georgie buys this store, 2 others, and it gets to the point where Mandy gets too bossy, arrogant, and 5 times more financially irresponsible. That is where Georgie will have to start getting into his Extra Curricular Activities that Sheldon frequently complained about on TBBT. i.e. Cheated on his wife more than once. Which, of course, leads to the big divorce.

Georgie is NOT likely to cheat this time. But that experience, but Beth eventually hitting on Georgie, will help lead to what we all know what happens, thanks to TBBT.
Thanks. When I saw the promo definitely recognized her. And, I watched United States of Al, as well. I love how Chuck Lorre goes back to actors he has cast before...
I remember in TBBT two of Georgie’s ex wives congratulated Sheldon when he and Amy won the Nobel. What I hope for is (although dark), Mandy dies and Georgie tries to move on with somebody else after a couple of years after her death. But he keep on failing because his new wives just isn’t *her*
Adding a thought: Georgie’s been holding himself and the whole family together ever since his father died and Cece came around (and not to mention his mother in law). Mandy dying would be his last straw… So he loses it and the responsible, hardworking Georgie we all learned to love at Young Sheldon, becomes the description we have of him in TBBT :/ But he gets redemption after divorcing his next wife/wives and re-focusing on Cece :)
