Can’t find info about it (apart from the slogan “real time 3D”). To me it looks more like a terrain made of gouraud shaded polygons with 2D elements on top of it.
I was also expecting a voxel terrain but it definitely looks like a polygonal terrain with a LOD (level-of-detail) effect. Maybe voxel terrain is not ideal to show small height variations close-up for such a small object like a golf ball.
