It's great, they added another hotel wing so I need to get back there and check it out, it was still under construction when I visited. Its a really nice resort and it's large so some walking hotel to casino and parking. Thanks for your comment!

Nice tour. We stayed there once and that outdoor stream/walkway area was my happy place ... that's coming from a gambler. When the trees and flowers and grass roof are all at their peak it's just so serene and beautiful. Had a Japanese garden feel to it.

@@GulfCoastGirl we moved from Massachusetts to North Carolina and when we lived in Massachusetts we went to Foxwoods in Connecticut. Beautiful casino and they also have Mohegan sun casino. If you haven’t been it’s a great trip

What do you mean crowded? Is it hard to find an open table for blackjack, roulette, etc? Did you go on the weekend?
I didn't really see to much issues with tables, but slots maybe a bit more especially with the most popular games but even so they have so many games it should be ok. I felt the casino is a large size.. We were there Saturday. Good luck you!

They do have a resort fee according to their website. It's less than most casino hotels. But it's still there nonetheless.

I’ve been going to Cherokee Harrah’s for seven year’s and have never been charged for a resort fee. It is my favorite casino.
Is there any buffer restaurant ?
When we were there, the buffet was closed. Now, there is a Gordon Ramsey Food Market, with 8 different food spots. Not sure if they even have a traditional buffet anymore.

I was looking for more information on which gaming choices were here. Seems there are mostly slots and very little detail about what else was available. Most of the videos on TH-cam only cover the resort and very little about the casino. I'm not a big fan of slots as the house has too much of an advantage. I also don't know who regulates NC gaming odds. Slots are easily programed to pay out as much or little as possible.

Where are the emergency exits? A man and a woman who were married and employed were fired for seemingly no reason after filing a complaint following an incident at, not sure if this is the exact hotel, a Harrah’s Cherokee Casino. This story broke a few weeks ago. So, if their claim was true and you got it on camera, things could be very different for them at the moment. You might wanna consider adding all emergency exits to the END of your videos as well. Who knows, you could be the reason someone escapes a fire, shooting, or terrorist attack. Maybe even inadvertently save someone’s job. I’ll tell you what it will do for sure though. It’ll make this video longer than 10minutes helping your videos get recommended more to those who are most likely to watch it. I’m sure you knew that, just the algorithm. I wish you luck on your travels!

This place is horrible. Let me tell you about a literally traumatizing experience I just had here the other night. After the Alice Cooper concert I hung out with some dude and we were drinking (too much) and he invited me to his room to drink more (huge mistake). He ended up smoking weed and showed me that he had a part to a rifle with him. I do not remember if he had all the parts to the firearm with him or not. He looks out the window across the street and sees a limousine pull into the hotel across the street thinking it was Alice Cooper and then said that he could easily “take out” Alice Cooper. We then sat down and drank some more and he starts acting crazy and accusing me of being a federal agent or some crazy stuff and says he’s going to kill me. I then run out of the room and try to find a way out and he comes out looking for me. I’m hiding in a corner thinking I’m about to be shot. I do not remember if he had a gun or not with him but he was saying things like “I’m going to find you.” I’m absolutely freaked out. So I find a door that leads to a staircase and I pull the fire alarm, dial 911, and run for dear life until I get to the first floor where the police are waiting for me. I tell them everything that happened and file a police report. About 30 minutes later I am very impolitely asked to leave for pulling the fire alarm and was told “I don’t believe you.”

Don't you think you bear some responsibility here? No one told you to get drunk with some stranger and go to his room.
Your experience was horrible but the casino resort is beautiful and a lovely place to stay. You admitted that you made a mistake by going to this guys room. There’s crazy people everywhere and this guys behavior definitely definitely was questionable.

Long hair, looked like a metal head, basically someone I would be friends with. It is NOT my fault at all that this guy ended up being a total nutcase. What is even the point of replying to this comment if you’ve got nothing nice to say? There’s literally no point other than to boost your ego or something. I went through a traumatic experience and you’re seriously going to try to make it seem like it’s somehow my fault?? That says a lot about you. I’m sorry I criticized your precious casino. Don’t worry, I think they’ll be ok. You can still go there and gamble all of your money away 👍

I frequent the place a couple times a month. Never enough girls bringing sodas, coffee beer ect. I enjoy it anyway............ microwave in ALL the rooms would be nice. Beings I'm always comped I can't gripe too much.
