Fruit Dip
Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese softened
7 ounces marshmallow cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Beat cream cheese with a hand mixer or stand mixer until smooth.
Add vanilla and mix well.
Chill 1 hour in the refrigerator or until ready to use.
Serve with fresh fruit; pineapple, strawberries and grapes.
BBQ Chinese Ribs

BBQ ribs:
- one rack of ribs cut into individual ribs
-1/2 cup hoisin sauce
-1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
-2 tablespoons honey
-1 tablespoon 5 spice
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated
-1 teaspoon red food coloring
place ribs in food saver bag. Mix remainder ingredients in bowl and reserved 1/2 cup of sauce for basting ribs later. Pour remaining sauce over ribs. Seal bag and marinate in refrigerator 2 hours and up to overnight. Place ribs on foil line sheet tray, and then cover ribs with an additional piece of foil. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Then place ribs on hot grill and baste with reserved sauce. cook on grill until the ribs are glazed with the sauce.

I have been cooking about 3 things on a Saturday or Sunday and by the time I cook it all and do what feels like 50 million dishes I am beat ! You did in one day what most of us would do in one week. Hi Shelby, my son is home on leave for 1 week after just passing out parade in the UK Royal Navy and before he goes to the next naval base to train as a radar specialist.. Because we knew he was coming home I meal prepped what I could last Friday so I just need to keep up with the basics.. Did this because we won't see him for 20 weeks when he goes back on Sunday so trying to spend as much time with him as we can😢😢😢.. He's only 18years old but he's now a man and a sailor in the Royal Navy.. Woah.. As you can imagine we are so very proud of him.. My hydrangea is a tasty appetizer for our deer , I get slips from my MIL, hers grows huge every year. I gave it to her years ago and she cuts it to the ground every fall and by mid summer it’s around 5’x5’ it is beautiful. I live a few blocks from them , we used to live next door and my husband sister and family lives across the street from his mom . Our community has 4/5 generations if they are still alive .
Had a fabulous sunny day here yesterday in Falkland BC , was 29’ , got my raised beds prepped and filled up one of my new large ones it’s 6’x4’x12” it always amazes me how much soil they take .

That is so awesome that the bee hives are coming from the amish, I wish i could get the bottom boxes- i have 2 regular hives, but there is no one where i live that do bee keeping. I did join the beekeeping association , so far from the woods i live in.LOL- i have been studying about Bees for years!

Have you ever thought of roasting your asparagus? I find it has so much more flavor that way and the tops get caramelized and delicious. So yummy! Looks like a fantastic week of meals!
Hi Shelby! You're such a likeable person and I love your channel. In regards to your flower gardening, I hope you plant for the pollinators too. Wildflowers are such an important and beautiful option. There are many non-wilds that the pollinators love too. For instance, I always plant zinnias and the honeybees and butterflies love them. Areas of flowers for pollinators near your orchard and berries is mutually beneficial. Your honeybees with thank you for flowers they need for throughout the spring, summer and fall. So often many wildflowers are considered weeds and are destroyed. In my area, the wild asters suffer this plight. They're a needed end-of-warm-season food source for honeybees and others. Dandelions are a needed springtime food source. There are great, trustworthy sources online which provide information on having gardens for pollinators. Please seriously consider. Also, some places sell plants that are treated with an insecticide that will sicken and kill those of whom pollinate. Without them, there goes our sources of food. I hope I haven't stepped on your toes with all this. I look forward to your next videos. I'm so glad your Michael is okay. How is he doing? Bright Blessings to you and yours.
