I am also a Senior Business Analyst in one of the big 4, I also started in this role as a Fresher and now I have around 5 YOE. Freshers can also become BA if they have required skillset. They can start from Associate Business Analyst.
I'm not demotivating anyone to not pursuit BA but before getting into BA role after watching this video consider this few things. Firstly you must have good soft skills. Second you shoukd have pretty decent domain knowledge. Third you must know how to use excel to very advance level. Fourth you must have a little knowledge of sql or python if required not necessary though but good to have. Fifth freshers don't get that much package in BA role. I'm BA in FAANG company if this guy is gettinh this much either he is lying or he ain't doing just BA role. Comment if you have any doubts!!!
Thanks for such a great video. Currently there is a huge demand of BAs in the market but in EU, it is really difficult to get into the companies especially if you are from a non-EU companies simply because of work sponsorships and languages.
I am also specialist Business Analyst, guys its high demanding and high paying job, only thing is you need to have strong domain knowledge ( insurance, capital market, investment banking, KYC, AML, payments) at the same time you need to have great analytical and documentation skills.

Please practice coding no matter what profile you choose...people who see such kind of videos usually regret later on by just sideline the coding practice during college
Don't get fool by these kinds of vedioes, fresher won't get jobs easily in these domains , focus on tech skills like programming and coding or master any of the sub of your course , companies are still prefer coding and testing candidates first .

Now a days people are making money only by selling courses. Trust me after watching the TH-cam videos I tried with powerbi and I am from commerce background. I joined edureka they won't even explain the terminologies and realtime scenario. But end of the course they sell another course. If you are from technical background then only go with these kind of job roles. After completing the course they won't support you.. waste of money

I have worked as a Salesforce Business Analyst and I have worked with developers and testers. Testers job is not that tough and they are the ones with the least importance. Anyone who can write test cases and execute them can be a tester. So I would suggest that you get into development or a client facing role.
