BLACKPINK's music videos are the most expensive in the industry since they don't use green screens or CGI and everything is 100% real, their budgets for each music video are millions of dollars.
As others have mentioned, all of their videos are amazing visually (the only one with CGI was one of their debut songs WHISTLE), but I'd say the biggest jaw-droppers are PINK VENOM and KILL THIS LOVE.
They also use giant lcd screens. But only for things impossible to make. You won’t ever see a screen showing a background like what’s in this vid. It’s very obvious when they use it, they don’t try to blend it in or hide it. If anything the size of the screens is a flex.
And in Whistle the only scenes with CGI is where they are literally sitting on top of the world. Lol its literally like a total of seconds. Everything else is 100% built for them. Theres always a joke i see that they have a Tony Stark budget! Lmao @kaden_dayton
