My dad's a mechanic and I showed him this video and he said that you need a new radiator cuz down here in Wichita Falls is Anderson radiator and he work there since he was 14 so he knows what it is you need to get your radiator checked out

Its over heating because you need a new radiator and overflow tank with new tubes. Plus the rims don't hurt the motor it hurts the rear end and transmission

Tighten that serpentine belt up because it squeals when you hit the accelerator.
Check that water pump if water is coming from underneath the car at the front of the motor.
I would change out the entire drivetrain with a 2021 Corvette setup, crate motor and all.

Putting better gas in It is going to help it run better but only if the carburetor is properly adjusted which it doesn’t sound like it is. It may need to be rebuilt. Also if it keeps over heating it more than likely needs a new head gasket put on it.
