My dad used to take all the seeds from our pumpkins and roast them in the oven with soy sauce. So yummy. Ps, You could be lacking potassium if you are sore after workouts. Counting calories can help but a lot of guidelines about diet are actually wrong. As you know Im keto ànd carnivore so I eat literally massive cals and fat and lose weight. It depends on the person.

I couldn’t do carnivore these days but ask me 10years ago to do it n I’m sure it would’ve been the easiest n tastiest option for me .
