There's even a much less costly home made version of this, but I chose this well crafted, compact kit. From ordering to receipt (East Coast, USA) it took only five days. Great company (in the Netherlands) to deal with. 9/23/2023
Made something like that on 12 volt. It uses the onboard power. Just a simple ancor from a screwdriver. A tubing system with trapezium tread that extents towards the ground. The bike is lifted up within 20 seconds.
After looking further into this, I believe they made the handle act upwards for 2 reasons: 1. Reduce strain on lower part of the construction 2. Reduce pressure on the foot plate so it doesn't dig itself down in loose ground.
taller the bike, heavier it gets...most women can't lift 40, most men can't lift 110kg... good idea, would be even better if it wasn't over 200eur...oughm...makes me wanna use that ratchet and a piece of wood i harvested somewhere around... and ratchet itself is not that pricey, on their website...

I think so too.

If it's electric, it might be easier?
The puller is connected so you lift the lever to lift the bike. It would be easier if you instead pressed the lever down to pull up the bike.

I bent the handlebar on my KLR650 doing this method and also my barkbuster bolt scratched the paint of my tank as it was bending...
That may be the case with some motorcycles.
In that case, you can tie the belt to the step or frame.
Would have worked better if you pulled all the slack through the ratchet first, then started winching. Neat idea.
Thank you.
Does it work better if the bottom is closer to the seat?
Could it be?😀
I have just bought one. After having problems lifting my R1200GSA in deep Moroccan sand 50km from civilisation :)
That was good. While some people are reluctant to use this item, it’s certainly convenient to have.
@@dokitaka better be safe than sorry..
I just got one. Thanks so much for sharing 😊.
Some people are negative about this item.
However, I think it would be useful.
the weight of motowinch?
The weight of the Moto Winch is 2.27kg
Or just buy a bike that you can pickup…
😄😄😄😄
Thank you
i just watched a small woman pick up a heavy bagger with no tools
I think it depends on the type of bike.
I can't do this bike without MotoWinch.
Always some rump comes along with a comment implying that no mechanical device is needed to lift a fallen motorcycle. 😕

@@ivok9846 If your bike is too heavy to lift, you won't regret buying this item.

Should not be riding if u can't pick that bike up
Really? I’d like to see you lift my cruiser. 928lbs.
Or you could just buy a real dirt bike and pick the damn thing up by yourself when you hit the turf.
Was ist den das für ein Schrott😅😅
