Part of me doesn't get understand how this happens. You're supposed to drive on whichever side of the road that puts you the driver closest to the center of the road. That's literally all it is. Part of me doesn't get understand how this happens. You're supposed to drive on whichever side of the road that puts you the driver closest to the center of the road. That's literally all it is. Wouldn't it feel immediately more wrong to be so close to the outside edge of the road? Did no one else's driver's ed teacher tell them to keep that center yellow line (or whatever kind of line they've got in the country you're in) at the nearest bottom corner of their windshield?

He pointed a bunch of versions, the overwhelming majority with unique names, which would not imply theres a Canadian version with the same name.
Besides the orignal was a Japanese show called Tiger something or other, so knowing that I have no reason to suspect there is multiple Dragons Dens.
A copycat of a copycat is not my first thought. I would personally assume Canada gets the UK version

Not sure if this has been missed, but it's called Dragon's Den because in mythology, Dragons love hoarding gold (Remember Smaug from the Hobbit?)
The dragons sit on their pile of money, while budding entrepeneurs try to encourage the dragons to share a little bit of it.
It's a smart name for the show. Lions and Tigers and Sharks sound cool, but "Dragon's Den" is the most fitting name.of the lot.
