The only sucky thing is the measly compensation rewards. Like I spent over $100 on DLCs for both accounts and only got 4500 iridescent shards for compensation 😭 otherwise I gotta praise Behavior for making cross progression work without any issues :)

i want to ask here before i do anything: i’ve played dbd off and on since 2021. the original ps4 i played on was my “family’s” ps4. it was the console i originally played on and have all of my dlc on. last year, i moved, and i have recently gotten a new ps4 for my apartment. i do not have my old data synced to my ps4 from my family’s ps4, but i am still logged into my playstation network account on there. if i download dbd onto my playstation will it sync my dlc and game data to my new playstation? or will i have to do it on my family’s ps4 first? i’m sorry if this is a dumb question i just miss this game and i don’t want to start from absolutely nothing again.

Nintendo didn't let bought dlc go to others. So for example you bought Lara Croft on Xbox you could use it on Switch but if you bought Lara on Switch it wouldn't be available on Xbox

long question sorry but - I have dbd on epic games, but i can’t freely change my dbd name through epic bc they require unique usernames and have a cooldown period. if i buy it on steam and sync both accounts with behavior, and then play it through steam, will the account have my steam name? or the og epic games username? or maybe a behavior account name??(idek if they have that but). Or would it just have the username of wherever i’m playing on, e.g. if i play through epic at 5 pm, it will have my epic username, but if i play through steam at 6 pm, my steam name will appear?
So I play on Xbox, PSN & steam at any given time all synced through BVHR and shows the name of the account I'm playing on at the time, ie, if I'm on steam it shows old_head_gamingyt but on PSN it's old_head_gaming

Yo, does it work for PlayStation to Epic Games? I connected my playstation to my bvhr account with my epic games and so far nothing transfered over, like no characters or anything
Yeah all forms of PC & Console are eligible. If all accounts are synced properly then you may need to contact BVHR support because Epic to Steam cross progression has been in the game for about 2 years already

So on PS5 you'll get from the Switch all add ons, levels & cosmetics but nothing else. So like if you have Nic Cage on Switch but not on PS5 he won't come onto ur PS5 account. For switch you'd get add ons, levels, cosmetics & dlc

I did it and it worked although my p24 sable isnt working but it shows she is p24 as well as the outfit i used with her same with the unknown her killer

Your name stays the same in console. Your name still just shows baser on what system you are on.

It should be the higher prestige on every character. So if you had a p13 clown and a p1 clown he'd be p13 on all accounts

If you don't own it on steam. You need to sign in, finish tutorial & then you can sync them

What? It doesn't matter the age of your bvhr account. Many didn't have one until crossprogression

I know it’s two months later but is it possible to transfer everything from Nintendo switch to ps5? I don’t really care about bloodpoints and items but I want to make sure I still have my survivors, keychains and clothing.
So you can still do it but characters & cells won't transfer from Switch yo any other system.
There was an exclusive Trapper skin on Nintendo Switch, I wonder if that will transfer too.

So if you play on PC you can run a program called Nitelight & change the pictures for icons, add ons & perks

So you can't play through behaviors site you'll need another form or the game like Steam, windows or epic
Yo, does it work for PlayStation to Epic Games? I connected my playstation to my bvhr account with my epic games and so far nothing transfered over, like no characters or anything
Yeah all forms of PC & Console are eligible. If all accounts are synced properly then you may need to contact BVHR support because Epic to Steam cross progression has been in the game for about 2 years already

I know that you can't transfer what you have from your switch to your steam account, but does it go the other way? It made it seem like it did. But I'm not sure if I did something wrong. I linked both the accounts on the behavior, but nothing is reflecting on my switch from my PC
You can go from Steam to Switch with add ons, skins & characters but only skins & addons go from Switch to Steam

I originally owned the game on Xbox with all dlcs. Shards and everything transferred fine, but the dlcs did not. I have game pass ultimate and both games are up to date (Xbox and steam). Trying to “cross-progression” from Xbox to steam.

PS to anybody trying to link their accounts, If you have legacy skins THEY WILL BE LOST. I just tried to link my accounts and then I thought everything worked but then I checked for my legacy skins only to find that they were all gone. please do not make the smae mistake as me and hopefully I helped someone
I haven't heard of anyone losing skins. I'd contact BVHR support to get that fixed

I had this same issue and I just unlinked the account that was giving me an issue and linked it again ! Works now!

So on PS5 you'll get from the Switch all add ons, levels & cosmetics but nothing else. So like if you have Nic Cage on Switch but not on PS5 he won't come onto ur PS5 account. For switch you'd get add ons, levels, cosmetics & dlc

You should have linked Windows & Switch since Xbox is just console & that should fix your problem

There is no PS5->PS5 crossprogression unfortunately
I did it and it worked although my p24 sable isnt working but it shows she is p24 as well as the outfit i used with her same with the unknown her killer
