Summary 1. If you don’t know the word, then just pick any one of them. Don’t think about it again in the rest of the questions. 2. Read the passage correctly, all the answers are in the text. - Simple answer can be the answer for sure - Believe in your instinct. Choose the answer that is similar to the word that first come to your mind. Be confident. 3. Resources! - Old sat reading papers - Old and new Khan Academy SAT questions (Precision/Concision section on the old sat, Words in Context section on the Digital SAT) - Read books and while reading, identify the vocabulary words. Then immediately search unfamiliar words and write them down Thank you!! It helped a lot!
I've been training for about 3 months and everything I concluded as efficient you mentioned and more, I REALLY find your videos helpful and please continue posting
i just discovered your channel and am retaking the sat this month. thank you for your tips i like how the strategies are to the point and can be commonly overlooked, i'll keep it in mind when i'm prepping.
Hey bro-- if your're seeing this rn, it would be rly helpful if we got a math section two last 10 questions video. Those last 5-10 questions are tough, and I'm wondering if you could post something ahead of the October sat. Or honestly, a video about reading or grammar would be great to. Just discovered your content, and I'll definitely keep watching. Trust me, you'll be at 10k subs in no time
This means so much to me! Currently, i'm trying to balance school, college apps, and content, but as soon as I have free time i'm planning to record a grammar video, then a reading one, then a full walkthrough of a practice test
Please make a video regarding the difficult reading comprehension questions that would help a lot. And if you can make a guide for students what a top scorer like you is going in exam, thinking. That is something not many people tell but needs to be out their
This video is really helpful! Thanks. I want to know where I can access the old version of the SAT on Khan Academy. Since the content has been updated from the old SAT to the digital SAT, I'm unsure where to find it. Could you please assist me with this?
Thank you so much 🙏❤️ These tips are actually practical ways to tackle this section I am taking the October test and your videos have already boosted my score on the practice papers💪🏼
thank u for ur videos !! ur my fav sat youtuber ^_^ i always get like 1 or 2 wrong in the first section in the english module, but get like half wrong in the second module, and end up never getting 700+ for the eng section. any tips for the 2nd module?
Thanks for the video but please can you do a video on strategies for the reading passages like command of evidence: textual or even quantitative as well. I’m writing my exams this October and it’d be really useful. Thanks so much

None of them, and I don’t suggest using them. Study all grammar topics using TH-cam, books like Erica melt zero and khan, but for practice use only khanacademy, TH-cam walkthroughs and solve old sat writing papers
Hey, the old Khan Academy is not available anymore, do you suggest other resource? Or have an idea on how can we access this old Khan Academy SAT Paper?
Thanks for the video broo!! It is really helpful for my mocks(I can see the improvement as well),hopefully for the final SAT too. Also can u link your grammar notes, that'd be more helpful to score full points in writing section :)
Yo, thank you so much! Your last video was super helpful too (liked). I am wondering if you have any strategies for tackling fiction texts or old historical texts? Or maybe how to not feel stressed when reading scientific paragraphs and doing data/chart comparisons? Please talk about these in the next video (either in a presentation like this or explaining during a full practice test video is both ok 👍 Another quick question, how to not feel tired during the second module? I think college board cannot schedule exams sanely, because how do you even concentrate after thinking so hard for about 35min you know haha.
Sat math's section is very easy in the practice paper on bluebook, but some math's question are quite difficult on Khan Academy (DSAT) like in course challenge, does that kind of difficulty come in actual paper or it will be same as bluebook(difficulty).
From my experience, the real Digital SAT Exam's math section will have 2-3 relatively hard questions at the end of module 2, and these questions are what seperate 750-770 scorers from those who can get 800, so make sure to practice these hard questions
I wouldn't recommend vocab books at all. Imo, they're nothing but a waste of time. Improve your vocab by solving a lot of questions and writing down the words you don't know. Also, read books and articles and write down unfamiliar words and learn their definitions in the right context, rather than simply memorizing the definition
hi, im glad to see someone as like me , im international student too and i havent taken test yet. what do you think about difficulty between the real exam questions and practice test ? also there are lots of words that i havent seen before.how did you learn these words? hope you see and answerr
Okay, I will try that, but for punctuation questions learning the rules (through TH-cam and KhanAcademy) and then practicing using old SAT Writing questions and using khanacademy should be enough I think. Nevertheless, I will try to post a strategy video for punctuation questions
how many questions did you get wrong in the SAT to get a score of 1560? i got 3 questions wrong in the english section of PT 4 and my english score came down to 740.
I suggest sticking to khanacademy, collegeboard's official explanations, cracksat, official collegeboard blue book prep guides (with old paper sat practice tests), and maybe some Erica Meltzer books
bro i did great on module 1. Unfortunately, i ended up having words such as untenable, spurious, palpable. How do i deal with that! I lost all three vocab questions
omg. it happened with me. At first I was sure that the ans to a vocab question will be "myriad" but i changed it to "untenable" at the last moment thinking that college board would not test me with a straightaway word. Sometimes, they do. Know your first instinct is very true in that sense.
Summary
1. If you don’t know the word, then just pick any one of them. Don’t think about it again in the rest of the questions.
2. Read the passage correctly, all the answers are in the text.
- Simple answer can be the answer for sure
